God’s eyes is on the poor, but how many knows this secret?

In Heartchurch community, our banner is love, our vision and mission is tied to love for humanity. If I should do anything without having genuine love, I’m deceiving myself and the truth isn’t in me.

Giving to the poor isn’t an avenue for a greater supply to the giver, rather it’s another way of reaching out to God; just like in prayer.

Giving is another type of prayer 🙏; meaning that prayer can’t do what alms giving will do. Also, alms giving will not do what prayer does; two of them must carefully carried out by the elects of God.

Now, giving has different dimensions of grace associated to them; giving to people that has something to repay back doesn’t have grace compared to giving to the poor and the needy.

I formed a team in my community which is known for looking after the poor and the needy. I initiated the group and noticed that some youths and entrepreneurs who has the understanding of the Torah are eager to join, therefore, I denied no one the opportunity to participate in our team work.

What is the scriptures saying about giving to the poor and needy?

Our guide is the Torah, and we’re looking out to God’s outlined principles that heals the earth; love is the greatest antidote to evil and calamities that you see in our world today.

Galatians 2:9-10

And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision. Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.

Did you hear apostle Paul saying that even before the other apostle gave him and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship, that he was already forward to remember the poor in his ministry? That’s what we’re talking about; that God is in the poor and needy, that his glory might made know through them.

On the process of fulfilling our right as believers in Yeshua, we came across this elderly widow living in old farm settlement, she happened to be one of the eldest farmers in this community. We found out that this widow is becoming weak and sickly; she doesn’t do much for herself. Therefore, we visited her, prayed for her, and supplied some of the things we considered need for her.

It’s only God that knows what everyone of us has need of, and he speaks to our consciousness through his spirit, on what to do at every moment. Therefore, we just but vessels, positioned for every good works; to the glory of God.

You too can represent Heartchurch community everywhere you go. We represent everyone who practice faith with a good conscience around the world; in making this world a better place for God’s creations through love and godliness.
