Keeping calm in situations that overwhelm us is much more difficult than we think, there are few people who can achieve it according to their character, that is why we must always turn to God in the circumstances in which we find ourselves because it is through His Holy Spirit that we can overcome all things.
Waiting on God is the secret to overcome crises and to be able to remain calm at the right moments, because He is our hope.

There are many things that today demand of us, attention, time, effort, daily tasks, family, but despite this we must always rest in their presence, this will make the spiritual reign in our lives and will allow that despite the problems keep calm.
It is important that for us to achieve this spiritual level we have communication with God and for this it is necessary to be in his presence, to spend time with God, and while that happens then God will take care of our affairs and work in each area in which we need his help.
