Wait on him at all times, oh peoples;

God is our refuge
God teaches us that we should not have faith in Him only from time to time, but always. We must learn to live from Faith to Faith, and act on it in our walk, trusting in the Lord when things are good and when they are bad.
It's easy to trust God when things are going well. But when things aren't going well, we develop character by being tested by God in our difficult situations. And when more character we develop, more of our capacity can be released. That's why it is that stability releases capacity. The more stable we become, the more of our capacity is released, because God knows that he can trust us.
Many of us may have gifts, which can take us to places or situations where our character will not be able to sustain us. Gifts are given, but character is developed...
In my own life I have learned this. Develop my character at all times Lord... Amen
