La Obediencia Inmediata // Immediate Obedience
Aquel mismo día (hizo Abraham)… como Dios le había dicho. (Génesis 17: 23)
La obediencia demorada o a medias es desobediencia por lo que la obediencia inmediata es la única que debe existir en nuestra vida. Muchas veces ponemos tantas excusas para no obedecer rápidamente una instrucción de Dios, por lo que nos perdemos la bendición que Él nos quiere entregar.
Abraham obedeció “aquel mismo día” y de esa misma forma debe ser nuestra obediencia hacia Dios. A menudo postergamos lo que sabemos hacer y luego hacemos "lo mejor que podemos", hasta cierto punto eso es mucho mejor que no hacer nada, sin embargo ya para entonces es algo mutilado, desfigurado o un intento parcial de obedecer. Una obediencia postergada nos priva de recibir la plena bendición que Dios nos quiere dar.
Martín Lutero dijo cierta vez: “El verdadero creyente crucifica o hace morir a la pregunta, ´¿Por qué?´ Obedece, sencillamente, sin cuestionar”. Abraham, dice la Escritura, que es el padre de la fe y su vida está expuesta para que podamos tener la certeza de creer en el respaldo de Dios hacia una persona que camina y vive en obediencia inmediata a Él.
No dejes perder la bendición que Dios tiene para tu vida por No Obedecer inmediatamente. La obediencia es la marca del creyente en Cristo, es la condición cierta para que “las bendiciones vengan a ti y te alcancen”.
Cierta escritora dijo en una oportunidad lo siguiente: “La obediencia es el fruto de la fe; la paciencia es la flor temprana del árbol de la fe”. Nuestra vida debe ser para agradar a Dios y sin fe ni obediencia sería imposible hacerlo. Más que la bendicón misma en la que muchos andan afanando buscándola, es la obediencia inmediata la que nos garantiza recibirla tal como Él ha tenido pensado para nosotros en su perfecta Voluntad.
“Y todas estas bendiciones vendrán sobre ti y te alcanzarán, si obedeces al SEÑOR tu Dios”. Deuteronomio 28: 2 (NBLA)

Delayed or half obedience is disobedience so immediate obedience is the only one that should exist in our life. Many times we make so many excuses for not quickly obeying an instruction from God, so we miss the blessing that He wants to give us.
Abraham obeyed "that very day" and so must our obedience to God. We often put off what we know how to do and then do "the best we can", up to a point that is much better than doing nothing, however by then it is something mutilated, disfigured or a partial attempt to obey. Delayed obedience deprives us of receiving the full blessing that God wants to give us.
Martin Luther once said, "The true believer crucifies or puts to death the question, 'Why?' He simply obeys without question." Abraham, the Scripture says, that he is the father of faith and his life is exposed so that we can have the certainty of believing in the endorsement of God towards a person who walks and lives in immediate obedience to Him.
Do not lose the blessing that God has for your life for not obeying immediately. Obedience is the mark of the believer in Christ, it is the certain condition so that "the blessings come to you and reach you."
A certain writer once said the following: “Obedience is the fruit of faith; patience is the early flower of the tree of faith. Our life must be to please God and without faith or obedience it would be impossible to do so. More than the blessing itself in which many are toiling looking for it, it is immediate obedience that guarantees us to receive it just as He has intended for us in His perfect Will.
"And all these blessings will come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the LORD your God." Deuteronomy 28: 2
