My self-image is the internal photograph of what I carry inside of me
If what we see in the environment is not healthy and is not related to what the Scriptures say, it can generate in us a set of sufferings, which can lead us to fear, insecurity and different types of misconceptions about ourselves.

When a person is insecure about himself, this can cause suffering in his mind, in his emotions, and consequently in his social and spiritual life.
It is advisable to study God's Word and receive His unconditional love and acceptance in order to bring healing to our lives and overcome the emotional conflicts of self-rejection and criticism of your own self-image.
so that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith, so that, rooted and grounded in love, 18 you may be fully capable of understanding with all the saints what is the breadth, the length, the depth and the height, 19 and to know the love of Christ, which exceeds all knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
