Attentive and alert.
Dear brothers and sisters, God bless the community of @heartchurch where we can grow and build ourselves with the word of God, our maximum rule of faith, without its principles being negotiable to be applied by all humanity, so we must be attentive and aware.
Reading the new testament in the letter of 1 John I have noticed many keys of a Christian and it strikes me enormously that this apostle placed a lot of emphasis on the characteristics of people who do love God and others who only seek their personal benefit.
"But whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God has been perfected; by this we know that we are in him."
1 John 2:5
We clearly see that everyone who keeps the word of God perfects the love of God in him, that is to say that God continues to work in him, in addition his life changes being simpler as a dove and astute as the serpent.

The Bible also tells us:
"We know that everyone who has been born of God, does not practice sin, because He who was begotten by God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him".
1 John 5:18
Personally, I love this quote and it makes me feel great confidence in the Lord, because those who carry the presence of God are guarded by the powerful creator and this is key that we must also understand to be calm.
Why should we be vigilant and aware? In the first place, because every child of God has the duty to keep the Bible and reflect the character of Jesus as evidence of growth and dying to the old nature that cannot continue in our lives.
Secondly, we must be attentive and aware because we are in dangerous times, where many false prophets have come out into the world, deceiving even the chosen ones of God with fables that do not come from the Lord, we must examine everything, retain the good, rejecting the bad.
Friends and brothers and sisters, I am increasingly convinced that the end times are getting closer, being fulfilled to the letter, that is why theological training is essential, knowing the scripture so that we are not easy prey for corrupt men of reprobate understanding and that They just want to profit.
Dear friends, I do not intend to single out anyone, but we must be more Christian at heart and have a devotional, so that we can see how God speaks to us.
