Fellowshipping with the brethren is very important, it helps stimulates your Christian Life, it helps you to learn from others either by asking questions on areas of life you don't get very well or by just watching and observing others, it helps in strengthening you when you face challenges through the word of God you share or testimonies of other brethren who overcame your same challenge and how they overcame it.

There's always that feeling of relief and refreshment whenever you fellowship with the brethren, there's always an inner joy that gives you ease emotionally and even physically too.
