Reaching Forth

Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

At every point in our lives, we must be ready to go forward or make progress, irrespective of how often we have failed.

We must forget the former things and go all the way with Jesus without fear of failure. One of the great enemy of our growth is memories of the ugly past.

Thus, today the Almighty God admonishes us to push the past aside and focus on making progress in our lives in the kingdom.

Don't stop helping because you were betrayed by those you helped before now.

Don't stop praying because you did not get the answer in the past.
Don't stop loving because the one you loved in the past took you for granted.

The list of human experiences is endless, but one thing is sure: there's victory in Christ Jesus.

Abba Father,thank you for another opportunity to fulfill our mandate on earth. Please strengthen us to move forward and help us to bury our past, in Jesus name. Amen.
