Another Chance

Luke 13:8-9 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:
And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

The Master was about cutting down the unfruitful tree. He was done with it. He was tired of excuses about the weather, resources or environment.

He was ready to end it, everything about the tree because as He said, "why cumbered it the soil?".

No farmer want to waste resources with unfruitful species. Spending without results is heartbreaking.

Are you fruitful in your calling? God has given you all you need through Christ.

Are you in the excuses game? Giving excuses about your salary, tight schedule at work, lack of genuine men of God, the church is far, no time or poor acceptance of you by ministers in the church?

Behold years are passing and the Master calls for the fruits for every open doors He's given you.

You can't be too busy for God! The creator of the universe demands fruits and that your fruits may remain.

What has God laid in your heart to do for the kingdom that you are still dragging your feet about? The time to do it is now, for He's given you a little time more.

He's letting you alone to see if you will rise and become relevant. Don't cumber your existence by pursuing fables. Everything in life will pass away, but Christ remain forever.

Dear heavenly Father, thank you for the privilege to be relevant to you. We are sorry for giving excuses instead of bearing fruits. Please empower us to be relevant to the kingdom from now, in Jesus name. Amen.
