You are sealed already

Years back, there were preachers that preached and taught that if you have been born again, you needed to be “sealed with the Holy Ghost.” Then they would call people out in church, lay their hands on them and pray for them to be sealed in the Name of Jesus but they were “sealing” those Christians. It can't happen but think where they got that from, because already, the Christian was “sealed with the Holy Spirit” when born again. When you received the Holy Spirit, you were sealed; it was done by the Holy Spirit; it’s not a special, or typical experience.

When a file is sealed in a document, it simply means that a mark or something is inside it as a guarantee of genuineness and ownership. When you see the seal of a chairman on a document, for instance, that means the document came from the chairman, and it has the president’s power. A seal still means that a transaction has been successful or consummated. There are three things that the sealing of the Holy Spirit is works for: Security, ownership and authenticity. As you are born again, and have been sealed with the Holy Spirit, Satan can’t touch you, because the mark of God is placed on you.

Being a child of God, you are defended and save by the power of the Holy Spirit. His glory protects you always. When you really understand this fact, satan won't have place in your life. Panic won't have place in you. If you are attacked by any sickness, any disease or any infirmity, you will tell it to leave your body and it will heed to it. You will live all days with the bold assurance that no plan of the opponent can work against you, because the seal of God is on you. Praise God!
