Beloved sisters and brothers in Christ

Today we are witnessing an extraordinary event such as the pandemic caused by a coronavirus better known as COVID19, this event has alerted all health authorities and politicians in the most important countries, which have in many cases taken measures extreme as those of social isolation and confinement in their homes of people, families and entire communities.

For this reason, one of the communities that we have been touched by these measures is the community of believers in Christ who these days have not been able to attend the usual temples and places of prayer to meet with our brothers and sisters of faith to receive the word of God and the sacraments.

This has led to the religious services being provided with the modern means of communication such as the internet, television, radio and exchanges in the groups of whassap and similar media, which have allowed maintaining a bond of proximity among the faithful.

In this situation of God, only He has the power to free us from these chains and we must always ask for His mercy and forgiveness and that we can overcome this time of trial so as to bear witness to men of His truth.

Remembering his teachings we must always keep in mind the words of Jesus:

"I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me, even though he dies, will live," (John 11:25)
