Most times, when we feel we are left behind or feel that we are living an archaic life, we tend to leave the place of coverage God has kept for us or put us under.

Dinah, the daughter of Jacob is a typical example of such persons. She refused to be under the coverage her father left for her, she went to visit the women of the country and because she left her place of coverage, she was raped.

Anytime we leave the place of coverage God kept over us without His permission or asking if to leave, we are bound to get into trouble or fall prey for the enemy.

Leaving the place of coverage is telling God you are tired of the place He has kept you, telling Him that you can stand on your own and can do without Him.

Most times, the place God as kept us that serves as a coverage is the best place to be because He knows and sees the future and knows that if you leave that place now, you will fall into temptation.

For many of us that leave or have left our place of coverage because of what people are saying or what they will say, I am charging us today that we all are unique so is our place of coverage.

She wasn’t from that country, she was brought to that place as a place of protection but because she felt left out and wanted to feel among, she left her place of coverage.

Scripture says

PSALMS 91:1

Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Vs. 1

The above scripture is serving as a warning and advice to us that only those who decides to dwell in the secret place of the Almighty, shall abide under His shadow. Note that as far as you decide to give your total submission and let God’s will be the will for your, His shadow goes with the persons all the days of their lives.
