Consistency, Persistence and Dedication
Everyone wants to succeed but do not want to put in the work. We forget that the working is part of the success story, it is a process which can't be skipped. In as much as there is Grace to make our path smoother and open doors for us in ways we may otherwise not have gotten, if we do not put in the effort it will all be in vain.
Christ understood this and so although he had the power to have skipped his crucifixion or do so many other things he went with the process, he let things unfold as they ought to, he showed consistency in his efforts to save mankind from itself and the evil one, he was persistent in his prayers asking for strength along the journey to keep him going, even the devil couldn't dissuade him and in the end his dedication crown him Lord of all.
There is something beautiful with winning and thus winning right, especially after putting in the hard work and seeing it become fruitful. As Christians we follow the ways of Christ and one of the key things he showed us in his life time on earth is the fact that consistency, persistence and dedication surely will crown one's effort with success.
It is thus incumbent on you and i to make the effort to be consistent and persistent in pursuing heavenly treasures and eternal life, dedicating our lives to Christ and doing things that would Glorify our father in heaven and we can be rest assured that he will also provide all our earthly needs and bring us into the great success we yearn for. May his grace continue to abide with us even as we make the effort to do better and better. Have a wonderful week
