God be praised in the congregation of the saints.
God rejoices in the praise of his people. God rejoices when the saints redeemed by the blood of Christ gather together and sing psalms to his name.
The Church of the Lord is called to gather and sing to God a new song with joy and much gladness above all difficulties. In the congregation of the saints praise is a pleasing offering of worship that ascends to the throne of grace with the aroma of sacrifice and love.
Sing to the Lord a new song;
His praise be in the congregation of the saints.
2 Let Israel rejoice in her Maker;
Let the sons of Zion rejoice in their King.
3 Let them praise his name with dances;
With tambourine and harp let them sing to him.
4 For the Lord delights in his people;
He will beautify the meek with salvation.
5 Let the saints rejoice in his glory,

God commands that when His people gather together they should praise Him with new songs. New songs are geared to genuinely express what is in our heart toward God. Genuine praise is imbued with love and recognition that God is the only one who should receive praise and worship. New song is a creative expression born out of an intimate relationship with our God.
We praise God from the depths of our hearts and express inspiring words that the Holy Spirit places in our hearts to create new praise before our God. The Holy Spirit helps us to create new songs of worship and praise to express with love before our God.
Sing to the Lord a new song;

We have to recognize as the Lord's church, that our reason for being as a Christian people, comes from the favor that God had with the people of Israel, through whom the Messiah came to form a glorious army of worshippers from all places and parts of the earth, which is the Christian people. God formed the people of Israel from the loins of Abraham and by the grace and faith of Abraham he formed the Christian people so that we may praise him and rejoice in his name with great joy and happiness.
We Christians are not called to be a sad and weeping people, but to rejoice continually before our king, who is Jesus Christ.
Let Israel rejoice in her Maker;

Such is the joy with which we have to praise our God, that the Lord commands us to do it with dances and musical instruments. God is not a boring God, God is a joyful God who likes his praise to be done with musical instruments and that his people dance with joy and much contentment.
When God's people congregate they should keep in mind that in that meeting they should not lack stringed instruments and others that produce sounds pleasing to God. They should sing, dance and play musical instruments to the glory and praise of our God.
Let them praise his name with dances;

I like very much when the psalmist says that the Lord delights in his people and will beautify them with his salvation.
God is filled with so much joy when the people praise him with a sincere heart and with musical instruments, that he guarantees that he will beautify us with his salvation. God will always fight for his people, no matter what times of difficulty we are going through, what is certain is that the Lord will always show us his salvation and will deliver us from all danger.
We will always be happy and with the grace of God knowing that the Lord will beautify us with his salvation.
For the Lord delights in his people; he will beautify the humble with salvation. Psalm 149:4

Jehovah's communion is with the intimate ones, so the congregation is always necessary to worship the name of God together.
