Señor mío y Dios mío, en este instante me acerco hasta Ti para darte gracias por la vida, por tu amor y por tantas cosas maravillosas que Tú me das cada día. Gracias Señor por mi hogar, por el don de la salud, por los alimentos que llevas a mi mesa, pero ante todo, gracias por la bendición más grande que Tú me has brindado: la vida de mis amados hijos.

Tú sabes que cada día pongo todo mi empeño y mi amor para cumplir con la tarea que Tú me encomendaste de cuidarlos, guiarlos y amarlos. Te ruego que me perdones cuando yo cometa un error y que los ayudes para que ellos también me puedan perdonar.

Por favor dales inteligencia para que puedan tomar buenas decisiones y así puedan diferenciar lo que es bueno de lo que es malo, protégelos de caer en las trampas de las drogas, de los falsos amigos, de la ansiedad, la depresión y no permitas que ellos se encierren en la triste celda que construye el orgullo.

Te suplico que les des la gracia de ser personas nobles, saludables, buenas y amorosas, que con su obra puedan llevar luz y amor al mundo y que a través de sus actos puedan testificar de tu grandeza y tu generosidad.

Por favor acompáñalos en sus obligaciones, sopórtalos en sus estudios, guíalos en sus trabajos y en todas sus actividades, toma su mano, llévalos por caminos buenos, celebra con ellos sus alegrías y por favor sé su refugio y su consuelo en las tristezas.

Amado Dios, te pido que tomes y lleves de la mano a mis hijos donde quiera que ellos vayan, cuídalos de todo peligro, colma sus vidas de triunfo, regocijo y bienestar y permite que siempre regresen sanos y salvos al hogar.

My Lord and my God, at this moment I approach You to give thanks for life, for your love and for so many wonderful things that You give me every day. Thank you Lord for my home, for the gift of health, for the food you bring to my table, but above all, thank you for the greatest blessing that You have given me: the lives of my beloved children.

You know that every day I put all my efforts and my love to fulfill the task that You entrusted to me to care for them, guide them and love them. I beg you to forgive me when I make a mistake and to help them so that they too can forgive me.

Please give them intelligence so that they can make good decisions and thus be able to differentiate what is good from what is bad, protect them from falling into the traps of drugs, false friends, anxiety, depression and do not allow them to lock themselves in the sad cell that pride builds.

I beg you to give them the grace to be noble, healthy, good and loving people, that with their work they can bring light and love to the world and that through their actions they can testify of your greatness and your generosity.

Please accompany them in their obligations, support them in their studies, guide them in their work and in all their activities, take their hand, lead them on good paths, celebrate their joys with them and please be their refuge and comfort in sadness.

Beloved God, I ask you to take and lead my children by the hand wherever they go, take care of them from all danger, fill their lives with triumph, joy and well-being and allow them to always return home safe and sound.
