Señor, te amo sobre todas las cosas y al prójimo por ti, ya que eres el infinito, el sumo y perfecto Bien, el digno de todo amor y mi deseo es vivir y morir en este amor!
¡Te pido por ello un alma y un corazón caritativos, un vivir desde la sencillez de la vida interior, apegado a lo sobrenatural sin olvidar lo terrenal, un caminar con metas a futuro, proyectando mi vida a lo eterno, impregnada en la oración, en el diálogo permanente contigo, santificando mi tiempo a todas horas y dándole un auténtico valor eterno a mi tiempo!
¡Que mi vida, Señor, impregnada de caridad interior, esté en todo momento hecha para la conquista alegre y confiada de Dios y a través de Él hacia el prójimo!. ¡Quiero, Señor, en este tiempo de preparación a tu venida comprender que tu pobreza es tu riqueza, que mi pobreza es parte de mi grandeza, que tu presencia misteriosa en el prójimo hace muy presente tu amor y que yo debo crecer en mi vida desde este amor!
¡Hazme entender, Señor, que sin caridad todas las demás virtudes quedan marchitadas en mi vida, que la caridad es un gesto ni un acto de entrega, de servicio, de misericordia sino que es tu amor que se concreta en mi propia vida y que llena todo lo que hago!. ¡Por eso te pido que mi vida esté iluminada y fortalecida por los dones del Espíritu Santo para que todo lo que haga esté impregnado de una caridad interior, de un amor que nazca de mi amor por Ti y que el Espíritu infunda en mi ser!
¡Haz, Señor, que todas mis obras den testimonio de que soy un seguidor tuyo y dame un corazón abierto al amor que todo lo traduzca en obras más que en palabras, en sentimientos profundos, en entrega generosa, en un amor impregnado de cruz, de alegría, de fe, de vida, de compromiso y de eternidad!

Lord, I love you above all things and my neighbor for you, since you are the infinite, the supreme and perfect Good, the worthy of all love and my desire is to live and die in this love! For this I ask you for a charitable heart and soul, to live from the simplicity of the interior life, attached to the supernatural without forgetting the earthly, a walk with goals for the future, projecting my life to the eternal, impregnated in prayer, in permanent dialogue with you, sanctifying my time at all hours and giving my time authentic eternal value!
May my life, Lord, impregnated with interior charity, be at all times made for the joyful and confident conquest of God and through Him towards others! I want, Lord, in this time of preparation for your coming to understand that your poverty is your wealth, that my poverty is part of my greatness, that your mysterious presence in others makes your love very present and that I must grow in my life from this love
Make me understand, Lord, that without charity all the other virtues are withered in my life, that charity is a gesture or an act of dedication, of service, of mercy, but rather it is your love that materializes in my own life and that fills everything I do!. That is why I ask that my life be illuminated and strengthened by the gifts of the Holy Spirit so that everything I do is imbued with an interior charity, with a love that is born of my love for You and that the Spirit instills in my being!
Make, Lord, that all my works give testimony that I am a follower of yours and give me a heart open to love that translates everything into works more than words, into deep feelings, into generous dedication, into a love impregnated with the cross, of joy, of faith, of life, of commitment and of eternity!
