Do not expect from a man what only God can give you, sometimes we focus and set our sights on a man and we do not believe God, we will be disappointed because men will always fail us but God always remains faithful.How many times do people we love make promises to us and as the days go by, or some situation their emotions change and they forget the word they have given us, that's why, my dear brothers, never build on the human heart build on the rock that is Jesus Christ.

Better to wait on Jehovah than wait on man.
Jehovah's blessing is what enriches and does not add sadness with it, when men fail and disappoint us, God's comfort is there for us. Some time ago someone said to me: Darlenys, I will always support you, I will always be with you, but when his human nature was touched, those words were forgotten, the difference is that a woman who knows Christ knows that her trust is in him, not in the man there is our strength, I always say to God: may they all leave, may they all leave me except the holy spirit.

When we put trust in man first, we are altering the divine order, God is not going to give up his place in your life, he is the first and he is the last, and outside of him there is no God.Not infrequently, this teaching of the Lord given by the mouth of his prophet Jeremiah is misunderstood. God does not intend that we do not trust men who surpass us in maturity in faith or have the grace of sacramental status. The key to the passage is in "while your heart turns away from the Lord." The drama is to set aside God, Author of Life, source of Wisdom, joy for the soul.The heart is deceitful and wicked. Because evil thoughts come from the heart.
Putting God first or giving God first involves trusting with all your heart in His Word and what He can do.

When we trust God we have the certainty that our journey in life will be just and restorative, having faith that God exists is a feeling that is nourished through the reading of the word, knowing God through the Bible will nourish our Trust, eliminating doubts and fears in our hearts. God is the one who does justice, we cannot think that man will be faithful to us, so simple because we are human, and we fail. Without holding a grudge prepare to be defrauded even by the people we love the most.
Happy is the man who puts his strength in God in the midst of his affliction, his strength is renewed.

Man is a creature and he can't even fulfilled even his all desires, and he is weak, non reliable. The best way is the way of God. Whoever takes another path, he will regret it someday.
I agree to this. Even when we put our hope on someone who we love to give us what we expecct, they end up failing us.
