Your Body are His

I heard a story many years back, a Chinese brother. It's a powerful colloquialism of our dedication to the Lord and oneness with God. A man from China was travelling in the same train with 3 gentlemen that wanted to play a card game and they needed one more person. So, they asked if the Chinese man would like to join them in playing the game but he replied, no. He said he would have joined them but he's not there with his hands. They were both surprised and they asked him in chorus "You are not in the train with your hands?" . "No, I'm not," he siad.

The they watched him closely; he looked complete and his hands didn't look as if they were prostheses. Before they asked him what about his two hand, he told them that they are not his own, Now they thought he was out of his senses. Like he know their their thoughts, he quickly spoke up and explained to them that he has been bought with a price. He belong to Jesus now and his hands are now Jesus' hand and he only use the hands for what Jesus wants."

These Chinese brother went ahead and elaborate the Gospel to them to receive Christ as their lord and saviour. It's a beautiful thought indeed! This brother had a good mindset! And that is what occurs when you know the importance of the Salvation you have have from Christ. You acknowledge that you didn't own yourself; it's aren't the one that live, Christ is the one lives through you. You belong to Christ, and you can only do the things that Christ wants; only the things that please Him. In your spirit, you glorify Him as well as in your soul, and your body because they're His.
