Be a light to the world

This present world that we are is a world that is in spiritual darkness. It was like that in the days of Lord Jesus Christ. Remember at His arrest, He said, “…this is your time, the time that the power of darkness reigns” (Luke 22:53). Then after Jesus had gone to heaven, the world still remained in darkness. But you and I are the solution to that darkness. We read in Matthew 5:14 that you are the light of the world. Now, you should shine more brightly than before in these last days, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our world didn't belong to the devil; it belong to the Lord. We were put us here to run this world with the light of God and the Holiness from the Spirit realm. Now that you walk in faith, as you are putting the Word of God to work and standing on your divine rights and inheritance in Christ, you are making your light shine. It does not matter the darkness in this world, those poverty, sickness, the disease, and insecurity dominating this world, you have been given the power to rule and control in Christ, through the Word of God.

Other people would see you and know what a true Christian is; they would see the glory and excellence of Christ in you. “Arise and shine; for the light has come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the whole earth, and highly darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon you, and his glory shall be seen on you.”(Isaiah 60:1-2) This is your time to shine as the light in a dark world by walking in holiness, prosperity, soundness and health of mind and body as its guaranteed in the Word of God.
