We never see the Holy Spirit as a fire or hear him as a wind. Pentecost was a one time event. We're sealed with the Holy Spirit when we truly believe. The Holy Spirit leads us into truth. He intercedes for us in prayer. He convicts us of sin. At times he leads us to take actions. Like here:

(Luke 2:27 NIV) Moved by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts. When the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for him what the custom of the Law required,
