If The church must grow

Text: Matthew 16 vs 18

What is a church? :
According to my own understanding, A church is God's formula for reconciling with man.
For a church to grow:

1 .The leader must be spiritually inclined and must be by God's side and God also by him

2 . Must make sure evangelism is carried out to bring back the lost to God

3 . The workers must be able to defend the word at any point in time

4 . When a pastor lacks the word to give to his member,the church can never grow

5 . A church that lacks the love of the brethren cannot stand

6 . A church without the zeal of the service can't stand

7 . When the church too much of unbelieving believers, it can never stand

If a church must grow it must have a genuine soul salvation,and the zeal for service
