Heartchurch: How do you know if God likes your goals?

God is our helper and our strength and we must place all our plans in his hands.
Proverbs 11:27 "If you seek good, you will find favor; but if you seek evil, evil will find you!"
Jesus at all times sought the good and pleased the Father. So much so that at his baptism in the Jordan River the father's voice was heard saying: "Behold my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased."
It is important to know if God likes our goals, before establishing them, because many people decide to make a list of goals and then they consult with God.
That list of goals has to be aligned with the Word of God. By reading the instruction manual (_ The Bible_), it will be easier to know that our goals are pleasing to God.
The success you can achieve with your goals lies in perseverance .
We have to continually fulfill God's purpose in our lives, and not try to set goals to compete with anyone or outperform anyone. If our goals are in accordance with God's purpose for our lives, we will feel peace.
When it comes to competing, we must want to improve ourselves. Our goals must be based on that desire to please God and become more and more like the example that Jesus gave us.
If your goals and dreams don't go against God and lead you to fulfill His purpose in your life, then dream big.
Being aware of the great power of God, our faith in it will make us achieve what we set out to do. Being sure that God is pleased with our goals, we will use all the talents He gave us to achieve them and we will feel His blessing.
The greatest achievement when you connect with God to set your goals is what is happening within you as you achieve your goals.
With your perseverance, perseverance, hard work and dedication, God will mold your character and that is something that no one can change you. When your goals are good, you will see the rewards of fighting for them. You will also see that God likes your goals.
