Chosen From The Foundation

Ephesians 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

One of the most powerful drive in our lives is the consciousness of where we belong: the exclusive realization of our identity.

The scripture declares this identity for the saved: chosen in Christ. It's amazing to understand that we are not chosen in any man, wealth, possession or ideological expression of this age.

Thus, the things of this life doesn't validate our existence but Christ, His love and Divine principles.

Chosen from the foundation of the world, we are too rooted to be shaken by momentary events and temporary occurrence of life's issues. We are rooted in Christ, the Rock of ages, if so be that we abide in Him.

But to remain in Christ, rooted and overwhelmed by His presence, we must remain holy and fully express His love towards others.

It's pertinent to fully surrender under His authority and cease to struggle with His principles. It's time to discard every idea, sin, mindsets or profession that contradict our call in Christ Jesus.

We are called to be holy and be blameless before God in love and this is not negotiable. We should not focus only on holiness before men but holiness before Christ who's able to see the heart. Take a firm stand on this call today and refuse to compromise.

Heavenly Father, thank you for choosing us to be yours forever in Christ. Today we denounce anything that violate this call and we choose a firm stand in Christ, in Jesus name. Amen.
