Hi friends, I welcome you to my blog for the second week of SECs S9W2. I will be heading straight to handle the task for the week on the topic "All about the Tron Ecosystem".

Explain what you understand by TronLink and Tronscan and their uses

The Tronlink:

Since the integration of Tron and Steemit, the popularity and usage of the tronlink wallet increased. The Tronlink wallet has been one of the most commonly used decentralized digital wallets in the space. The tronlink is a dApp on the Tron ecosystem which ensures compatibility and is user-friendly.

TRC-based assets can be stored in this digital wallet and as well transacted using the TRC network which offers one of the cheapest and lowest transaction fees in decentralized space. That is to say, TRC10, TRC20, and TRX tokens are all compatible with this dApp (Tronlink).

The free bandwidth and energy resources in the digital wallet offer relatively free transaction fees except when exhausted to its users.

Uses of Tronlink

• The Tronlink can be used in storing digital tokens as well as transact tokens of TRX, TRC10, and TRC20.

• The Tron link can be used as a revenue-generating channel through its staking. Interest is earned when TRX is staked.

• Voting for Super-Representative can be done using Tronlink. These are the validators of the Tron Network.

• Other dApps in the Tron network can also interact using the Tronlink wallet.

TronScan

For the tronscan, I have always observed this interface as the finished work of the transaction database. This is a block explorer that tends to provide information about transactions done in the Tron network.

Uses of Tronscan

• The tronscan helps in the verification of transaction status done in the Tron network.

• Help in providing the actual time of transaction execution. Showcases the time, date, and resources used during the said transaction.

• All Tron network Wallet addresses can be verified using the tronscan.

Name and explain some of the different dApps that you explore using the TronLink wallet

In seeing some of the dApps in the Tronlink wallet, we should be able to lunch the wallet and then click on the EXPLORE button below the toolbar menu.

When this option is clicked, all featured dApps can be seen on the first-page interface. These are some of the dApps;

• DLive BTT Staking
• BTFS GATEWAY
• SUN
• BTTC
• Win NFT Horse
• APENET, etc

JustLend DAO

This is one fantastic feature in the decentralized ecosystem that enables users to lend their assets for the possibility to earn yield or interest. This comes with rates with the borrower paying interest that is later shared amongst lenders in the pool.

JustSwap

This is a dApp that allows the exchange of tokens in 5he Tron blockchain. TRC20 tokens and TRX are facilitated through this dApp to consummate transactions. It is swift and automated in its feature fonts.

TronScan

This is the first block explorer in the Tron network. Helps in the verification and confirmation of transaction status in the ecosystem.

How do you verify a transaction status using Tronscan? E.g., it should include the timestamp, bandwidth & energy. Screenshots also needed

In doing this, we need to lunch the Tronlink wallet app from our devices.

From the toolbar menu below, click on explore

From the uploaded interface with different dApps, click on the Tronscan option to load this page.

This page displays all lists of transaction history running on the blockchain. We can also see new transactions updating while trying to view the transaction history almost every second. In this displayed interface is information on blocks, Transactions, Trx supply, Contract Calls, Stablecoins, etc.

From the transaction list, I selected one of the hash addresses so as to verify its transaction with the timestamps, bandwidth, and energy all represented.

Explain the process of initiating a transaction using the TronLink wallet. Screenshots and practical examples needed

• From your device launch the tronlink wallet
• From the landing page, click on the SEND option
• Input the recipient's TRX address
• Enter the Amount of TRX to be sent to the recipient
• Enter the password and confirm your transaction.
