From marriage licenses to criminal records and corporate filings, physical record-keeping systems take up space, are challenging to manage and traverse, and typically serve little value beyond formality.

I agree with you that if all these documents are kept virtually on the blockchain, there would be transparency, even the worker would be saved from the stress of searching endlessly for a document, and fraud would be greatly reduced.
