Hello all Steemians and welcome to my this post. Hopefully all of you will be good.This is my submission for my hometask of week 6 in SteemitCryptoAcademy. This my homework for dear sir @yohan2on from Uganda. I have read the whole post of the professor and I am quite awared about the Stable Coins.

So without wasting our time let's move towards our today home work. Before starting our task it is very important for us to know about the Stable coins and there types.

Stable Coins

Stable coins are the cryptocurriencies or the coins which have fixed price value and pegged to more stable and more worthy essests. They can also be pegged to fiat curriencies, cryptocurriencies and the other virtual curriencies or real world world things like silver,platinum and gold etc.

Whenever the price of the cryptocurriencies goes down , the investers can got benefit by the utilization of the stable coins. These stable coins are actually the guards or backups of the trading cryptocurriencies. Whenever the market of cryptocurriencies goes down these investor/traders backup their curriencies in the form of stable coins to prevent more loss.And in the case, when the market goes up then the investors/traders change their curriencies to the stable coins to earn more profit whenever the market goes down again. In this way the stable coins act as the safety jackets against the high volatility of the market trends. Actually stable coins are the mass consumption of the crypto curriencies.

Types Of Stable Coins

There are many types of stable coins . Some of them are discussed as :

• Fiat- Collateralized
• Crypto- Collateralized
• Commodity Collateralized
• Non- Collateralized

There are thousands of stable coins and diffrent exchanges are developing new stable coins randomly any time. The market cap of coinbase includes about 1.5% of the stable coins which are about 3 billions $. There are thousands of stable coins at any time in the crypto world. Some of the most common and trending stable coins are:

• Tether (USTD) $1
• True USD (TUSD) $1.01
• Binance USD (BUSD) $266.41

These are the most common and the trending stable coins at the time. There are many other coins which provide 1:1 ratio to the USD and benefit the traders and crypto investors.

Today we will discuss about the Tether Coin often called as USTD which is one of the most stable coin and crypto currency in the crypto world.

What is Tether?

Before discussing about Tether it is compulsory for all of us to know about tether. Tether is one of the most stable and big stable coin. It is a currency back crypto currency or a fiat backed crypto currency. Its value specially mirrore the USD. We have to pay a specific amount which is fixed to buy or purchase Tether and the risk is minimized in this way . Tether is realted with the fiat money USD. Suppose that we have to travel to USA and we are exchanging the money through the foreign exchange then we have to pay a fee or a exchange commission . So, in this way a lot of time and money is consumed through this process . To avoid all of these problems we can exchange the Tether coin with the fiat money which is a very easy and a profitable method.

This is really a very impressive value as it is a stable coin which touched this high value.
If we see the all time low value of this coin then it was September 2015 when the value of this coin really decreased to the ground level. Its value just became 0$ . The difference between the all time high and the all time low growth shows that this coin is showing a very progressive growth .

Future Predictions:

If we see the future of this stable coin then according to the wallet investor the value of this coin could reach 1.78 USD. And like this crypto projector many of the crypto curriencies ferms also shows the same projected value that the value of this coin can reach 2 USD in the future times.
