To be sincere with you before now I had just little knowledge about NFT technology but all thanks to this contest my eyes are been opened to see and know about the NFT, before I start lecturing on NFT I would be glad to inform you inform you that the term NFT is self explained.

So before I explain NFT which stand for non-fungible tokens, I will start by defining "Non", non is defined as the act or possibility of been negative, it is used to before the word to show the word is the opposite then i I want to define the word Fungible, fungible is easily defined as the act of been replaceable, so therefore it means the asset, commodity or person has a similar entity that can be used to replace asset, commodity, person at any given time. Meanwhile tokens can a defined as any voucher or a means of exchange that is used to exchange commodity in any exchange market, tokens are used to exchange asset or commodities in any market.

So therefore I have indirectly defined the term non-fungible tokens to you, so therefore non-fungible tokens can be easily defined as non replaceable assets that can never be replaced, so therefore they are very unique in nature. When a nft is created or produced there are no chance of seeing an exact nft product in the market, you might see similar products in the market but it must differ in color, size or something but it can't be same.

No Non-fungible Tokens are not interchangeable because as I have said earlier they all have been created in a unique and special way, so therefore unlike crypto currencies like steem and Tron Non-fungible Tokens are not breakable into smaller entities because the all have uniquely Created attributes and codes.

What are the differences between an NFT and other currencies?

They cannot be two same and identical Nft with same value and same Code	Other currencies have same and identical asset which makes them replaceable

Creating an NFT investment is the same with how we make our normal daily investment that we have been experiencing as investors in different platform or currencies, although if you don't know I will gladly show u in few steps.

Just as we do in our daily economical activities we first of all visit the market which could be physically or online, same is the case of NFT. Before we buy or invest in NFT we must visit the NFT market like the one I mentioned above.

Again just as we go through the market to find what we want or we scroll down the the e-commerce site to get our desired good's or asset, same implies in the NFT market where we are free to check through the NFT market to find attractive nft to invest in.

When you finally see what you like to invest in, just click on the NFT to see some important details on the NFT and you will also see a place to make an offer, click on it the connect your wallet to easily pay for the transactions. Then also make sure you fill necessary details.

You will then be redirected to a new page. When you see the home page that looks like the one below, then you should click on "Create"

Step 3:

Make sure connect your "opensea" to any effective crypto wallet like the one I have listed above. A permission requesting message would appear after, ensure you click on,"OK"

Step 4:

Click into the reserved empty square to select your image art, you wish to publish as nft in the market.

Step 5:

Kindly click on "Properties" to edit the properties of your NFT to a wished unique properties. Attributes seen below like Properties, Level and Stats are used to fomate design and rearrange your NFT asset.

Step 6:

Select your preferred Blockchain network

Note: "Ethereum" requires gas fees and this make them so so expensive, so I used "Polygon" network because they are free

Something you should be told is that, whenever you buy an NFT for a any known digital asset, it shows that uniquely have ownership of the certified token of the digital assets in any platform or any digital ledger. A real life example of an NFT is the physical goods or asset that we have full authority over because we bought or inherited them.

Just for the sake that NFTs are developed on Blockchain technology and they are quite similar to crypto currencies, therefore most regulations that's guide the crypt world also guide's The NFT and it's users. I am free to say that NFts are also regulated just as crypto assets are regulated but note it's just for a time range.

What are the solutions to the limits of NFT development?

• The act or process of creating free NFTs

• An official or formal standard for creation and enforcement regulations should be developed.

• Permission or allowance of more or wider range of wallet connection should be included.

• They should be more NFT marketplace or rooms to market nft because the current market are just few.

• Way of identification should be improved to enhance ownership of most digital asset.

• Investors, creators or users using experience should be positively improved
