I welcome you once again to my blog. Today I will be taking part in the steemit crypto academy season 3 week 4 assignment task for intermediate categories. One of the lecture for this week in this categories was delivered by our very noble professor in the person of professor
@yohan2on on the topic Blockchain video game. This lecture really exposed me to more ideas as to how I can actually earn crypto currencies other than writing, staking and lending. I am actually a lover of game and with this feature in the blockchain it will really help me in a very big way to learn more on the game.
Introduction
Most times we play games to ease tension or stress. Personally, once am exhausted or I have a challenge that proves too hard to scale through, the only thing I do to free my mind is to play games. Most times this game helps me to solve major problems in my life as a person.
The coming of this blockchain games will go a long way in introducing people into the crypto world. I have friends who don't trade in crypto and most of them don't believe in it's existence but they too are game lovers and from this lecture i have learnt that there games also associated with the crypto world, I believe it will be a very great idea if I use this medium to introduce them in to blockchain technology. Since the play game for fun, they can as well earn for fun. One unique feature about the blockchain video game is that the user has complete control of his earned asset and the developer of the game doesn't interfere.

Blockchain Cuties Universe was developed and lunched in the year 2018. This is actually the first of its kind in the blockchain technology. The blockchain cuties universe is a game that was developed using 5 different blockchain. These blockchains that were use to develop the Cuties Universe game are Ethereum, Tron, Neo, Eos and the Matic blockchain. The game has a very wide range of abilities since it has more than just one blockchain that is used to build it.
The blockchain cuties universe has a lot of inbuilt feature associated with it. The characters use for adventures in the game is called Cuties. The types of character you can find include dogs, cats, bear, lizard, fox etc. There are some very unique operation that are usually carried out the blockchain cuties universe game. This operations are trade cuties and weapons, breed cuties and also collect cuties.

There are three types of cuties available in the blockchain cuties universe. Each of this cuties look very good and also represent certain species and more also it adheres to the unique blockchain cuties hierarchy. This types of cuties are namely

The native token use in the blockchain cuties universe is the $BCUG. This is quite different from every other crypto currency and it is traded only in the platform to purchase either a cuties or weapon ofmr even stake it or use it to provide liquidity to the liquidity pool. This section shows allow available tournament to be played by cuties who meet a specific requirement. The marketplace in the blockchain cuties is the same as the market place in other exchange platform because you can carry out trading here. Here in this market place there are cuties available for buying and selling. With their details attached to it. Take for instance you need a fast and powerful cutie, you can search for it and once the price is okey for you you then purchase the cuties. Special sale
Here in this section, some cuties with some sort of special abilities are advertised for sale to those who may need cuties with such an ability. The cuties here are cost effective since the posses more abilities and capabilities than the normal cuties. The cuties that fall under this categories is know as Unique cuties. Leaderboard
In this section, of the game, the platform present some sort of statistical data for the users with the highest point. It contains Rank, user and points obtained. Screenshot of this section is seen below.
Achievement
This section of the game showcase the achievement of the user or player. The achievement section contains recent achievement and other features such as special, cutie, breeding, adventure, or item.

My little review on the platform based on my user experience will be listed below under the categories of advantages and the disadvantages of the Blockchain Cuties Universe below.

Advantages of Blockchain cuties
The platform from my review was built using five different blockchain as stated above. This implies that it will have a wider range and will accommodate a whole lots of things compare to when it is built using only one blockchain technology. Look
The platform is user friendly because anyone can register and then get a cutie and start playing game so as to earn. You don't need a third party to direct you because there are guides as to how you can go about it.
One other important feature of the platform is that it enables user to earn passive income by providing liquidity in the liquidity pool through either staking or any of the means possible.
Reward are given to user for a successful completion of any task like tournaments or adventures.
Disadvantages of Blockchain Cuties
The graphics in the blockchain is very poor this is because the initial reason for designing the game was to earn and not for entertainment.
It requires a little form of investment for you to have complete access to the game. This means that before you can start earning, you must have put in some money.
There is no physical interaction in the game as it is in normal games. Here you only send your cuties and allow it to perform the action and come back. This makes the game boring to users because they don't actively participate.

Reason Why?
The importantance of the blockchain cuties universe game in the crypto world can never be looked down on. But despite its importance of assisting people to earn reward by playing and also providing tokens in form of liquidity to the liquidity pool so as to earn a passive income, the game is still not very complete as there are a whole lot that is still need in the game. First and foremost, the graphics of the game needs to be worked on to improve the efficiency of the game and another thing is that there should be some sort of interaction between players in the game. It should be design in a way that the cuties will be controlled by the player all through the journey of adventure and tournament so that the user will understand the game properly. Example the way candy crush is design, you guide it through it's journey. I recommend that the blockchain cuties be designed same way.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I have really learnt a lot from this lecture and going through the journey of performing the assignment task has really exposed me more on this blockchain bmvideo game.
