Hello, it's a great pleasure to make my submissions for this week's crypto with professor @sapwood. I want to use this opportunity to say that this week with him was an interesting one. The choice of topic was so perfect and I really enjoyed the class.

I will like to make my submissions in regards to the questions being asked by the professor. The first question I will like to tackle is;

45GhBmKYa8LQ7FKvbgfn8zqd6W2YEX34pMmaoxBszxVcFZqyArUkquuxXKMH3jxGh8CigYiMM6TGftFxSvF638V2gG4nfymCzQ8JGWp3u9qt7SQcUgMQ5aAQLrmDGJ5nMrJAys8EcHHEpbo8PqrsbbEgun2b6aXi7NojtHeobt8jMCFsysixP6XezrnMUJsshkWg3HMQBodA7274g5.png

Qustion One: What do multiple transactions in a single click mean? How does it save transaction fees? What are the other benefits?

The term multiple transactions in a single click can simply be defined as transacting or sending a crypto coin to so many addresses with just a single click. This could probably be based on you setting it up with the help of some predefined Dapps. This method of sending or transacting makes it simple and fast. This is so because you literally make a transaction but with multiple transactions just with a single click.

Let's take a look at this clear example, For instance, I am trying to send dogecoin to a specified address and then the transaction was 5 dogecoin depending on the network I selected. Instead of paying 5 dogecoins upon all addresses, I will be sending it to, I can make multiple transactions to all these addresses which will reduce the cost of charge. Instead of paying 5 doge for each transaction. I will pay just one for all the multiple transactions which will be made.

All though this cannot be done on Binanace
But with the help of other Dapps this is possible. Example like the Using Dapps that supports multiple transactions this will be possible.

Instead of paying 5 doge for each transaction say 10 you can pay just one for all the transactions.

A screenshot from my binance account states the transaction fee.

These multiple transfers with a single click have advantages in one way or the other, due to the cost it reduces. It is simple and secured, with no stress, and also and quick and saves time in use because you can transfer the same token to multiple addresses at the same time.

Other Benefits

  1. It’s very reliable and secured using
  2. It is less costly in using
  3. it is of high efficiency.

Question Two: How do you connect your Etherum Wallet(Metamask) to Multisend or Multisender(dApps) & perform multiple transactions(ETH/ERC20) in one click? Using Steemyy how do you perform multiple transactions(STEEM or SBD) in one click? Explain the detailed steps in both the apps(One from Etherum & the other from Steem Blockchain)?(Screenshot needed, real transactions in Multisender or Multisend may not require, however, a real transaction in Steem Blockchain using Steemyy a must for this Task). Further, using Steemyy demonstrate how to send the different amounts to different users with different memo and how to send repetitive/recurring amount at the pre-defined interval?

  1. You can do this by first visiting the main website through this link https://multisender.app/

  2. The next thing you will have to do is to connect your Ethereum wallet to your metamask and then click on authorize and click connect.

  3. Once its successfully connected, I will then go back to the website to select the token and also get the recipient address

  4. In this case my metamask is connected to my ethereum network so I will choose the Ethereum token. Screenshots are shown below.

1.png

2.png

3.png

4.png

5.png

  1. Here, you will have to enter recipient addresses to which you want to send ETH tokens.

1.png

  1. You can see samples addresses in the CSV

1.png

2.png

Examples of these addresses from the CSV shown below;

  • romanstorm.eth,12
  • 0x7D52422D3A5fE9bC92D3aE8167097eE09F1b347d,1.049
  • 0x64c9525A3c3a65Ea88b06f184F074C2499578A7E,1

I will try using it to send tokens to these addresses even though I do not have tokens.

1.png
Here you can see clearly that I have written all the addresses I want to transfer these tokens to. You can also see that the is a button "Upload CSV file" if you already have a stored address, you can upload directly and then you click on the send button.

2.png

Total number of tokens to send: 14.049 ETH

Your token balance: 0 ETH

Your current multisender approval: 0

Your ETH balance: 0

At this point, I cannot proceed due to insufficient balance. But that is how it is being done. Making multiple transfers in just a single click.

how do you perform multiple transactions(STEEM or SBD) in one click using Steemyy

  1. First thing you should do is to visit the website through the link https://www.steemyy.com

  2. Then the next thing you will have to do is to click tools as shown in the screenshot below.

1.png

1.png

  1. After which, you will scroll down to locate seem Essentials, once you find it, click on Steem wallet tool - Send SBD or STEEM to multiple accounts.

1.png

  1. Here, you will have to submit your details, your username, and then your private key in other to have access to whatever transaction you will like to make. I will be using my own username which is @silencewan.

1.png

  1. After filling in all the details, you click on send then a confirmation will pop up for you to confirm.

2.png

  1. Once the send button is clicked, the black window below shows the success of the transaction. You can see that I have successfully transacted an amount of 0.001 steem to @addy01, @kasib07, @jayy1, and @njaywan

3.png

I have also crossed checked from my wallet and it was successful. This means that it works. Screenshot below.

1.png

Here, I will be looking at using different amounts and different Memos.

  1. I will type all the addresses and specify the amount and the memo here.

1.png

  1. I will click on ok from the confirmation box that pops up

2.png

  1. It appears in the black window for processing.

3.png

  1. I will now confirm from my wallet account on stem

How to send repetitive/recurring amounts at the pre-defined interval

  1. As I did in the first part, it will look just the same here but with a few changes.

  2. You will again visit the site and then submit your details, your username, and then your active key to proceed.

  3. Select STEEM/HIVE and state the STEEM amount you wish to transact with.

Question Three: What if you enter a wrong/invalid address in Multisender or Multisend(dApps) and Steemyy(dApp)? Does the application(Steemyy in Steem Blockchain or Multisender in Etherum) allow the transaction to go through if you have entered a wrong/invalid address? Showcase with the screenshot(what does the application says when you enter a wrong address)?

Let's start by using the

Multisender

I will like to make some analysis before proceeding. Every account created on any exchange or wallet has a unique address and so I think it would display an error.

But let's go ahead and then try it practically to see.

I will use the same address I used earlier to confirm the transaction but I will erase and change some numbers and letters to see what the result will be.

correct .png
The correct form of the addresses.

wromg .png

I changed some letters and numbers here making it a wrong address.

33.png

After clicking on the send button, what it displays. It means that there was no successful transaction.

45GhBmKYa8LQ7FKvbgfn8zqd6W2YEX34pMmaoxBszxVcFZqyArUkquuxXKMH3jxGh8CigYiMM6TGftFxSvF638V2gG4nfymCzQ8JGWp3u9qt7SQcUgMQ5aAQLrmDGJ5nMrJAys8EcHHEpbo8PqrsbbEgun2b6aXi7NojtHeobt8jMCFsysixP6XezrnMUJsshkWg3HMQBodA7274g5.png

Let's try for

Steemyy

Here, I will be using @sapwood as an example. I will type his username wrongly to see what happens.

Name: sapwooooood used

1.png
I typed the wrong username here

2.png
I then confirmed the transaction.

3.png
You can see clearly its states unknown key: unknown key:
It means that that username does not exist and so therefore it wouldn't proceed.

45GhBmKYa8LQ7FKvbgfn8zqd6W2YEX34pMmaoxBszxVcFZqyArUkquuxXKMH3jxGh8CigYiMM6TGftFxSvF638V2gG4nfymCzQ8JGWp3u9qt7SQcUgMQ5aAQLrmDGJ5nMrJAys8EcHHEpbo8PqrsbbEgun2b6aXi7NojtHeobt8jMCFsysixP6XezrnMUJsshkWg3HMQBodA7274g5.png

Conclusion

I will like to conclude by saying that, the lecture was really interesting and I did enjoy it. You can see that this way of sending tokens or transferring tokens is safe and secured. Because once there is a detection of wrong address or username, there wouldn't be successful transaction thereby preventing you from losing your tokens. But you should be careful more especially when using the steemyy because sometimes certain names might exist and your tokens will definitely go to them.

I want to believe I have seen the use of this tool, the steemyy but I did not know that was what was being used. I did see after meetings on telegram or stem ghana. They mostly send tokens to participating members and it goes with the same memo but sometimes with a little change in price.

I am really happy I learned something new and it will add great value to my stay on steemit. I will like to thank the professor lastly for his efforts to teach this course. It was a great one.

Kind regards to @sapwood.
