Homework Task
(1) Have you ever used a Hardware/software wallet? Which one is having a better security advantage?
(2) What are the important points to consider when you deal with an Exchange(centralized) Wallet & Decentralized wallet. How do you secure/restore both types?
(3) Give an example of a Web 3.0 wallet and what are the distinct uses of a web 3.0 wallet? Have you ever used any Web 3.0 crypto Wallet? Examples?

ANSWER N0 01:

Yes i have used hardware and software wallet both,

HARDWARE WALLET

A hardware wallet is a wallet in which we store our data in physically, im physical form like a USB, SSD, HDD and we can access it offline and can keep it safe somewhere in locker or somewhere safe.

SOFTWARE WALLET

Software wallets are entirely different ones, they can be runs on ios, windows ,androids and software wallets mostly requires the key and If we have the key, we can get into that pocket. Even if we are the true owner of the wallet, if we lose our key, we will lose our account forever..

BETTER SECURITY:

I assume that hardware wallets have a higher degree of protection because they are not connected to the internet and do not need internet access, while software wallets do. As a result, I assume that hardware wallets provide better protection because they are free of hacking, malware, stalking, and phishing, while software wallets pose a risk of these things compromising our privacy.

ANSWER 02:

When dealing with an exchange wallet, we must keep these points in mind. We should be conscious that an exchange(centralized) wallet functions similarly to a bank. We don't have access to the keys in these types of wallets, so we should have given a working and correct email address and mobile number with 2 factor authorization to make it more secure.

It's also worth remembering that these are the kinds of information we shouldn't share with others, whether it's a phone number or any code, which people try to get through a scam.

Basically in decentralised wallet, the user maintains total control of the wallet without the intervention of a third party. In this case, the user has access to his or her account because he or she has the keys. Keys may be used to execute acts such as withdrawal and shift.

ANSWER 03:

Following are a few examples of web 3.0 wallets that I heard about from @sapwood's lecture.

Trust Wallet • Metamask • Tron Connect

Web 3.0 wallets are wallets that you use to store a particular currency associated with a specific dapp or network.

what are the distinct uses of a web 3.0 wallet?

To begin, let's describe 3.0. In simple terms, it refers to the third generation of the internet for web and apps. The following are some of the special applications of web 3.0 that I learned from the lecture:
• They are a key-based wallet that can communicate with other dApps.
• They are absolutely owned by the consumer without the interference of a third party.

Have you ever used any Web 3.0 crypto Wallet? Examples?

I've used the Tron connection wallet before, but I didn't know it was a web 3.0 wallet until @sapwood's lecture. Since I've been using it, I've found it to be very useful.

THATS ALL, THIS IS MY HOMEWORK NO 03, THIS POST IS TOTALLY FREE FROM ANY SORT OF PLAGIRISM
