Maker is a platform just like Steemit, just so we understand that first point. Just like Steem which is the official currency of Steemit, Maker has a currency or token that is matched to the value of the $ US dollar, Dai is the name of the Token of this platform. There are many Blockchain network of which one of them is Ethereum network and MakerDai works through this network.

To be able to interact or use Maker you can use Metamask, it is a wallet and allows us to make various transactions with this tokens, with this application we can also create multiple accounts and perform many operations, we have a private key which is very important for the security of our cryptocurrencies.

Like Maker, Compound works as a platform but this one in particular is centralized because it is governed by Compound Labs, Inc, but works under the Ethereum network, and has as a particularity, that this application allows us to borrow and make deposits of our cryptoassets, allowing us to generate interest for these operations.

This platform allows you to function as a lender, so interest is generated and accumulates, for the loans requested by other users.To interact with this platform you must also use a wallet such as Metamask.

As its name says, synthetic means that its assets are synthetic and that is what this blockchain network seeks, to facilitate working with synthetic assets. It is a decentralized platform, which has a token that characterizes it as is the SNX, this particular platform works with various tokens such as Crypto, Index, Inverse, Commodity, Forex, Ether, SNX. Synthetix is a project that allows us to create tokens even if you don't have them on hand.

Synthetix has the particularity that it allows to create different synthetic assets, the Synths is the token that represents this decentralized protocol, and works on Ethereum (ETH), just as in the market there are different types of assets, such as gold, stock exchanges or currencies, Synthetix seeks to represent in the cryptoassets market these different types of assets without having to interact or wait for a third party.

The way Synthetix works is through smart contracts, when you want to issue a new asset, you will need the support of this infrastructure of smart contracts, because it is a system that helps you avoid losses within the system and each Synths has a backing of guarantees and governance over inflation.

To be able to interact with this Synthetix cryptocurrency you must buy on the platform or exchange your native SNX token, a place where you can exchange it is in Uniswap. You can connect your wallet Metamask, Coinbase, walletconnect, to acquire this token.

bZx functions as a lending platform, and is not fully decentralized like other DApps. Just as a lender works in real life, this application allows the user to generate interest on the asset loans they make and earn a commission on these transactions. The token called bZx is the BZRX token, and the way to obtain it is to buy it through exchanges. This platform allows loan transactions to be tokenized.

In this case we are not talking about a decentralized platform, but a protocol for the exchange of tokens, without having to wait for an intermediary, it works with ERC-20 tokens and operations are performed directly, you make the exchange of tokens without waiting for a third party.

Uniswap is a computerized program or a system that works to exchange ERC-20 tokens and to create liquidity, to interact with this decentralized protocol, you need to have an Ethereum wallet and ETH which is the Ethereum token, when you have all these requirements, you can go to the application to make the exchange.

When using this protocol, you will have to pay a commission, which is called "tarifa de gas" this is used to pay the miners who are in charge of keeping the network running. This is why it is recommended to have enough ETH, because each transaction in Ethereum costs ETH.

This is a brief summary or my conclusion of what I understood about all these platforms that come from DeFi's blockchain network.

¡Hola mi gente de Steemit! Hoy decidí unirme a este gran reto para mi como novato, cumplir con una de las tareas del curso virtual del profesor @yohan2on, a continuación, les comparto mi entendimiento del tema explicado.

Lo que he entendido por finanzas descentralizadas o DeFi, es que no están gobernadas por ningún tipo de ente bancario, sino que son autónomas y no tienen a un intermediario entre el emisor y el receptor, este tipo de finanzas se manejan bajo una red denomina cadena de bloques o blockchain, que esta teniendo un gran auge en estos momentos, que son las famosas llamadas criptomonedas o monedas virtuales. Uno de los beneficios de este tipo de finanzas es que todas las operaciones son transparentes a los clientes, osea que se puede ver todo lo que se realiza en la red blockchain.

Para poder entender un poco sobre estas Maker, Compound, Synthetix, bZx, Uniswap, primero debemos saber que DApps son aplicaciones descentralizadas, algo parecido a las aplicaciones móviles, pero están DApps son independientes, es decir, se comunica directamente el usuario con la DApps y realizan sus transacciones sin depender de alguien más que autorice estas operaciones. Hoy en día existen miles de DApps.

Maker es una plataforma al igual que Steemit, para que entendamos ese primer punto. Al igual que el Steem que es la moneda oficial de Steemit, Maker tiene una moneda o token que se empareja al valor del $ dólar estadounidense, Dai es el nombre del Token de esta plataforma. Existen muchas red de Blockchain de las cuáles una de ellas es la red de Ethereum y MakerDai funciona a través de esta red.

Para poder interactuar o utilizar Maker se puede utilizar Metamask, es una billetera y nos permite hacer diversas transacciones con este tokens, con esta aplicación también podemos crear múltiples cuentas y realizar muchas operaciones, contamos con una clave privada que es muy importante para la seguridad de nuestras criptomonedas.

Al igual que Maker, Compound funciona como una plataforma pero está en particular es centralizada porque esta gobernada por Compound Labs, Inc, pero trabaja bajo la red de Ethereum, y tiene como particularidad, que esta aplicación nos permite pedir prestamos y hacer depósitos de nuestros criptoactivos, permitiendo generar intereses por estas operaciones.

Esta plataforma te permite funcionar como un prestamista, por lo que se generan intereses que se van acumulando, por los prestamos que solicitan otros usuarios.Para interactuar con esta plataforma también debes utilizar un monedero como Metamask.

Como su nombre lo dice, sintético quiere decir que sus activos son sintéticos y es lo que busca esta red blockchain, facilitar el trabajo con activos sintéticos. Es una plataforma descentralizada, que tiene un token que lo caracteriza como lo es el SNX, está plataforma en particular trabaja con varios tokens como lo son Crypto, Index, Inverse, Commodity, Forex, Ether, SNX. Synthetix es un proyecto que nos permite crear tokens así no los tengas a la mano.

Synthetix tiene como particularidad que permite, crear diferentes activos sintéticos, el Synths es el token que representa este protocolo descentralizado, y trabaja sobre Ethereum (ETH), así como en el mercado existen diferentes tipos de activos, como el oro, la bolsas de valores o monedas, Synthetix busca representar en el mercado de la criptoactivos estos diferentes tipos de activos sin tener que interactuar o esperar por un tercero.

La forma de funcionar de Synthetix es a través de los contratos inteligentes, cuando quiera emitir un nuevo activo, va a necesitar del apoyo de esta infraestructura de contratos inteligentes, porque es un sistema que le ayuda a evitar perdidas dentro del sistema y cada Synths tiene un respaldo de garantias y gobernanza sobre la inflación.

Para poder interactuar con esta criptomoneda Synthetix se debe comprar en las plataforma o exchange su token nativo SNX, un lugar donde lo puedes intercambiar es en Uniswap. Puedes conectar tu billetera Metamask, Coinbase, walletconnect, para adquirir este token.

bZx funciona como una plataforma de préstamos, y no es completamente descentralizada como otras DApps. Al igual que funciona un prestamista en la vida real, esta aplicación le permite al usuario generar intereses por los prestamos de activos que realice y ganando una comisión por estás transacciones realizadas. El token denominado de bZx es el token BZRX, y la forma de obtenerlo es comprarlos través de intercambios. Esta plataforma permite que las operaciones de los prestamos se puedan tokenizar.

En este caso no hablaremos de una plataforma descentralizada, sino de un protocolo para el intercambio de tokens, sin tener esperar que exista un intermediario, trabaja con los tokens ERC-20 y las operaciones se realizan de manera directa, haces el cambio de los tokens sin esperar por un tercero.

Uniswap es un programa computarizado o un sistema que funciona para intercambiar tokens ERC-20 y para crear liquidez, para interactuar con este protocolo descentralizado, requiere tener una billetera Ethereum y ETH que es el token de Ethereum, cuando tengas todos estos requisitos, puedes ir a la aplicación para realizar el intercambio.

Al utilizar este protocolo, deberás pagar una comisión, que se le llama "tarifa de gas" esta se utiliza para pagarle a los mineros que se encargan de mantener la red en funcionamiento. Es por esto que se recomienda tener suficiente ETH, porque cada transacción en Ethereum cuesta ETH.

Esto es un breve resumen o mi conclusión de lo que entendí sobre todas estas plataformas que provienen de la red blockchain de DeFi.
