You can simply create an offer as Market Maker(you don't need money for that), but you need to explain each and every step.

Alternatively, you can also respond to an offer as Market Taker, showcase the conversation with your counterpart(screenshot), ask the counterpart to lock the asset in the escrow, and later cancel it. That will also meet the requirements of this Task. You can still score.

But anyone who can showcase a real transaction(be it a micro trade) and demonstrate from start to end will definitely score better.
