Binance has a large number of different fiat currencies, from Lao kip (LAK) to Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). It is very convenient and allows you to make exchanges in various countries.
It also allows other types of centralized digital payments-- Neteller, Skrill, Perfect Money and many others. So through Binance P2P Market, you can connect to wide variety of traders.
As far as I understand, the minimum amount for which you can buy USDT for rubles is 500 rubles.
See in the USDT market, the minimum amount is 100 USDT, when you place an Ad as Market Maker(Advertiser). However, a Market Taker can trade as per the min/max limit set by the Advertiser. So if a Market Maker has set the min limit as 1 USDT, then you can easily buy any amount great than or equal to 1 USDT(and less thn or equal to the max limit).
Feedback/Suggestions:-
- Step by step approach of "How to buy/sell USDT in the P2P Market" is missing.
- How to publish an Ad as Market Maker(An Exchange niche for Advertiser) is missing.
- The author should experiment a little bit with a real trade to demonstrate the process in this task.

Good afternoon! Did I understand correctly that the grade for my homework is 3? A step-by-step plan for buying for USD is given in the task.
You have not included the process-- the window time in that order, did you interact with your counterpart(chat interface), release time, etc.
I did not find any step-wise approach in this explanation.
