He is arguably a repeat spammer/plagiarist. And they have the audacity to do it time & again.
I consider this group as an attack vector to this ecosystem.
We requested them politely and we also suggested them to amend themselves(when we first encountered their spam content) and requested them to become part of the process. But they have chosen to act as malicious elements with tons of spam/plagiarized content.

Yes since we already requested them politely. I think they needs something spanking from @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02 to learn some lessons.
