To begin with, the full meaning of PoB is Proof-of-Brain. With this, authors payment comes in by creating quality posts using their brains not copied from another’s context. In steemit despite being a part of block chain, I know of two reward that is authors reward and curation reward. These rewards are earned patterning to steem power and upvotes whereby, your posts pay depends on your amount of votes. If someone having a high reputation votes on your post, it will add a good value to that post and your pay will be high. These rewards are earned and having a subdivision of 50/50% that is, author earns 50% on his or her post and curator earns 50% from the post that have been curated.
Curation
To me, being an author of my posts, I get paid after the post have been curated and it also depends on the value of my post if it contains quality texts or write out and having no grammatical errors. To add to it, uploading pictures on what ever am writing also helps me to earn high.
In order for me to be curated by the curator, posts that have been published I do well to resteem the post so that it can be seen by all.
Also, I do avoid plagiarism which is the copying of another mans post without doing and giving reference to it.
Below, we will see the benefits of building up steem power 👇
One of the benefits I know is that, when you have a high steem power, you will have high influence and the curator alongside the author earns reward through curation. By so doing, you are required to have a strong and well built STEEM POWER in order to gain trust.
Also, I learned that in order for delegation to take place, one must have a strong steem power and so doing, any account created with strong SP, members of that account will have benefits from that account. One disadvantage having a small Steem Power is that one need to go right through communities and in some communities, when you delegate there and the accounts Sp is low, it will greatly influence the community’s trust on users.
Below, we will see self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior and why?.
By upvoting your posts is a bad attitude as seen in the eyes of others in the platform and steemit always advice authors to create their post with some originality. With the use of PoB that is Proof-Of-Brain, we have advantages of earning from steemit.

What are the different tokens you earn by socializing in steemit blockchain?
On the steemit blockchain, I earn the following tokens namely, Trons (TRX), Steemdollars (SBD), Steem power (SP).
With Tron, is gotten from every posts. And also, Tron have the least price as compare to Steemdollar and SP.
Steemdollars(SBD)
Steemdollars is earned from every post published by the author and the current price for Steemdollars as seen today 27/10/21 is at 7.40$ as seen on my screenshot below👇

SP(Steem Power)
Another token I know Of is Steem Power which provides users to have influence on posts especially when the user have high SP. SP is earned by curating a post and can also be converted to steem by powering down. In order to power down, login into your wallet click on SP it will appear with an option below as seen below👇
Differences Between Steem SBD and SP(STEEM POWER)
SBD is the reward earned from every posts created by everyone on steemit then Steem Power known as SP strengthens our account. While voting on someone’s post, the more Steem Power You have, the more you earn as reward.
TRX(Tron)
Tron is the last token earned in steemit blockchain and is earned in a way that the more SP you earn, the more Trons earned.
TRC-10
What I know here is that TRON BLOCKCHAIN supports TRC-10.
TRC-20
TRC-20 is a technique used for acurate contracts on the TRON blockchain to merge tokens with tron. It differs and is far beyond the TRC-10
differences between TRX, TRC-10 and TRC-20.
Tron is a token that act as the first token in TRX. it is also known as the main token of TRX. TRC-10 is a token that works on TRON when it is been paid for. TRC-20 token works in TRX. It’s more preferable than the TRC-10.
