I'm very happy to participate in this week lecture that discussed about "PENNY CRYPTOCURRENCY" And other factors to be considered before #investing into it. Here, this post is based on the homework tasks given by our seasoned crypto-professor @pelon53. They are:

• Explain the penny cryptocurrency in simplest form and it's advantages and disadvantages.
• Which of the penny will be best to be invested in 2021 personally? reasons and state evidence.
• Based on Ripple (XRP) Analysis, show the screenshot. Would you invest now? Explain
• Present the possible investment portfolios of 5 penny crypto-currencies. Explain and present data confirming your choice.
• Show the investment of $5 made this week in penny crypto-currencies. List the steps, you took.

PENNY CRYPTOCURRENCY.

These terms "PENNY" And "CRYPTOCURRENCY" are two separate words with their meaning but have a definite meaning when co-joined. The "Co-joined Meaning" is the reason of this post. But can't be fully understood without explaining the constituents meaning of the two terms.

PENNY refers to the currency of little value. It's worth is infinitesimal and can't valued because of what it can be traded with. Here, mostly global trade is pegged with US Dollars, because of it's stability and accessibility. With this in mind, The term #penny refers to the currency Which value is less than One US DOLLARS($1). although when compared with other countries currencies, it might be higher but can't still be equivalent with one US DOLLARS ($1).

Cryptocurrency is a digital coins that can be used in modern financial transactions. Just like Fiat currencies, it's is highly accessible, transferrable and can appreciate in value. In the trade, cryptocurrency is a modern and highly decentralized form of payment or transactions that can't be influenced by governmental agencies and other factors. However, Penny Cryptocurrency means those digital coins whose value are less than One US DOLLARS. They are mostly new project and token added to the Blockchain technology and have the highest potential to appreciate. Although, there are cases of fraudulent actions behind some of these beloved coins in that they failed to live up with several important expectations thereby investors losing their investment on them. But there are real ones and we are seriously considering them.

Advantages of Penny Cryptocurrency in our investment portfolios?

Having multiple Penny Cryptocurrencies on our investment portfolios are very beneficial. They includes:

• They can appreciate in price.
  They comes in cheap prices and can appreciate in price with time. Also, every well-known digital coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin were once Penny Cryptocurrencies but now, they are very powerful and massive in worth. So will some of the true penny crypto-currencies, they can grow exponentially.
• Buy in large volume,
  Since they are cheap, the volume of any to bought initially is very highly.
  

In the picture above, I will get 423 BTT FOR 0.0046 BNB. The essence of buying the penny crypto-currencies.

• Increased Liquidity.
  Since there are more investors or buyers in the Penny Cryptocurrencies exchanges, to sell or convert any investment on them are very easy and faster. This action hereby increase the worth of the coins.

DISADVANTAGES OF PENNY CRYPTOCURRENCY IN PORTFOLIO.

• FRAUD.
  Many of penny crypto-currencies are just a way by which criminals and greedy inventors are stealing from their investors. They will transfer all their proceeds to numerous offshore accounts thereby crippling the system and protocols.

• Bad projects,
  Many investors are in the process to maximize profits but there are high chances of poor or bad projects in which they can't appreciated rather depreciation and loss of investments.

• Criminal activities.
  Criminals always prefer little or unknown penny crypto-currencies to perpetuated their evil actions. They are highly used in #dark site for illegal transactions.

Which of the penny will be best to be invested in 2021 personally? reasons and state evidence

There are many penny crypto-currencies that have interested me a lot with many captivating potential and less worries of dropping in prices. They Includes:

• STELLAR LUMENS (XLM).

Although it's ranked #15 with market cap of over $11.5 billions and trading volumes of over $3.7 billions as shown above in the picture screenshoted from the #coingecko app. The price of XLM is still below $1 making it a penny coin with great potential of growth. It topped my list of penny Cryptocurrencies to invest happily based of those facts explained above.

• DOGECOIN (DGE)

Another high ranked Cryptocurrencies of #7 with great protocols that is very real and can be acceptable by all exchange platforms. It has a market cap of over $46.9 billions and trading volumes of over $15.6 billions. But with all these great investment potentials, it's price is still below $1 creating a heaven for investors like me.

STEEM

Although it's market ranking is below #100. It has a great growth potential of Market capitalization of $252 millions and trading volumes of over $36 millions. It's price now is below $1 and have a great platform called #steemit. I have invested a lot in this vital coin. HERE.

Based on Ripple (XRP) Analysis, show the screenshot. Would you invest now? Explain

From the picture above, which is screenshoted from the #app of worldwide recognizable Cryptocurrencies analysis platform called CoinGecko. The price of XRP is dropping down although not below the stop loss level of $1. It's a great opportunity for me to invest in Ripple Coin. Because it will bounce back
It's initial price will multipled. I will get more of it since the price is low and the stop loss level predicted will be helpful to avoid unnecessary losses.

Present the possible investment portfolios of 5 penny crypto-currencies. Explain and present data confirming your choice

In this investment portfolios as shown above, I invested in these penny crypto-currencies:

• XLM
• ADA
• BTT
• BNB
  And more to yet come.

REASON.

After my Fundamental Studies, I find out that These main exchange based tokens that makes it highly scalable and tradable. It can be acceptable by almost all exchange platforms.

Their Market rankings and capitalization is above $20 billions that's means it has a great potential to grow.

They are well-known digital coins although pennies, that's means that I will not be scammed.

After studying this week lessons here, I decided to give some pennies big shots. I bought some of them.

STEPS

Since I'm using #binance to trade, I converted my capital into BUSD and it's a stablecoin from them and use it in buying XLM.

However, I also bought BTT from the #busd.

Now, this is my final investment portfolios with my precious penny #currencies.

Conclusion

Investment portfolios should be versatile enough to enhance #growth and stability. Penny Cryptocurrencies have a great #potential for such growth but should be carefully studied before investing.
