This is Sami Zuberi , hope you all are well. I am exceptionally hope set aside a few minutes for perusing my homework post for @levycore and valued it. Here i am going to impart my views on Selling and Buying NFT. So how about we begin.

Question 1.

Select the NFT market that you want to try to sell and buy NFTs and why did you choose this market.

NFT :

NFT stands for Non Fungible Tokens fungible means that anything can be traded or replaced without losing its worth. Non-fungible refers to an object that cannot be replaced and has distinct characteristics that distinguish it from other assets. NFs are non fungible tokens. Tokens refer to a digital certificate maintained on a protected public network such as a blockchain.

OPEN SEA NFT MARKET.

OpenSea is a tutoring stage for non-fungible tokens and crypto collectibles. It contains coins, game pieces, and other blockchain-upheld virtual items. Anybody on OpenSea can utilize a blockchain organization to purchase or sell these items. Opensea does an excellent job of onboarding new customers who are unfamiliar with the crypto world. If you are a seller on opensea, you only have to pay a one-time transaction fee when you list your nft, and when a customer buys your nft, they must still pay the transaction fee. They are able to make it more affordable for sellers on Opensea to allocate their entities to others. Apart from selling and purchasing nfts on their website, Opensea also allows you to build your own online shop. The rate of trade on Opensea has risen to three million dollars. This was some of the reasons that i choose opensea market.

Question 2.

How to Buy NFT ( Screenshot needed).

First you just opened opensea.io and this screen will appear. Then clicked on the explore button.

You can specify the attribute you want to purchase after clicking the explore button.

After you've decided on an attribute, press the "Buy Now" button.

After that it will show a screen like that the attached screenshot below, and asked you to connect your crypto wallet and sign in in that wallet. I have a meta mask wallet that shown in the screenshot.

Then, after clicking the signed in button, a sliding bar appears on the display, confirming that you want to add a wallet that you already have or a new wallet that you want to connect. Finally, after your wallet has been effectively linked, make a deposit and buy.

Question 3.

How to Sell NFT ( Screenshot needed).

First search the opensea.io, Similarly as i told you above in the buy nft section.

Then in selling purpose you have to click on the create button instead of explore button.

After that you got a window like that and here you have to click on the create for adding an attribute that you want to sell.

When you press the create button, you will be taken to a pop-up window where you must assign the attribute a name and a description. After you have completed this, you must click the create button, which is located below the description box. After that, you will be taken to another window where you must fill out some credentials and pay some fees in order to sell an attribute or nft.

Mention and explain the advantages and disadvantages of the NFT market you have chosen.

Advantages of Opensea.

• In NFT markets, Opensea is one of the most prominent NFT market with some stable features.

• We will also offer those products on opensea that have been generated in other markets.

• There's a minimal cost price commission fee of opensea when you trading and valuing.

• We can protect our innovations on Opensea because it has strong authentication methods.

• On opensea, dealing is very easy and does not require any skill set.

Disadvantages of Opensea.

• When compared to buying, selling seems to be more difficult.

• There have been no fiat deposits here.

• There is such a thing as a poor type of sculpture.

Conclusion.

I conclude that this lecture is very helpful for us. Through this we know Non-Fungible tokens and the different markets of NFT. NFT's products can be well in the industry for purchase and sale. Opensea is one of the good market of NFT having some merits and demerits. Opensea has great security features as well and on opensea platform you dont require any kind of coding skill set.
