HY STEEMIANS hope you having good and blessed days, here am going to give you lil knowledge about ICO and our professor taught us in extremely easy ways to get this task understand, so lets start the homework!
DEFINATION OF ICO:
ICO is basically the crypto industry and similar to IPO as am a student of accountant and you people are familiar about me so IPO is initial public offering that private companies offers there share in public and those share and handled to people by secondary market trading and parallel to ICO its also same but its base on software and blockchain technology enhances this ICO form its platform.
In IPO's investors can buy and invest in new crypto currency and pool their money and token issued to them that tokens have some benefits and from which there value varies with the market fluctuations just like company
e.g you all guys heard about google those people who invest in and buy the shares of google and sell after long times there families and generations were soo happy in future because of the massive return on their invest! just like when you pool and buy some coins there market value may be increased in future and then you will gain good return on invest just like ahead of coin base there share price has exceed form 350 to millions and this what people get extremely good utility from IPO's.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ICO AND IEO:
Firstly you all familiar about ICO as I have briefly discussed about ICO let me explore more about, it as different from IEO. IEO is basically exchanging offer by large number investors pool their money. In ICO counter party is a developer and IEO counter part is exchanger. So investing in IEO you have to make a account in exchanges and then you have to USDT etc send to exchange wallet.
As the token is sale on exchange token user have to pay listing fee based on the percentage of token trade, the exchange help the people market operations.
IEO parties don't send benefaction to smart contract, such as governs ICO. They just creates account on exchanges and IEO's conducted.
ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF ICO:
Advantages:
1: Its a easiest and safe way to invest in crypto.
2: You can easily buy any of the tokens by fundamental analysis and its a safed platform I ever used.
3: The most beautiful thing in ICO's are that they eliminate middle like banks and other financial institution they make reserves as much they want you are free to buy any coin just limit of 10 dollars in binance as I am a active user over t here so be sure that you have 10 Dollars minimum to invest in any coin.
Disadvantages:
1: The biggest disadvantage is SACAMS in ICO's you have to check and balance of each and every transaction that you made and firstly my advice is to secure your accounts by keys and phone number but scams and hackers ultimately hack the sites and you invest gonna lost and won't be come again, so always play with your profit and secure your capital.
2: They are easily hacked by the scamers and your return won't be come again never be safe and secure your wallet by your side
