Market volatility, generating very drastic price variations.

I really agree with the line that I highlight from your post that this is really a negative aspect of short squeeze because volatility is something that could be very risky. This is I am saying because it cause sudden increase in price which could be very positive but it can also cause sudden decrease in price that would be very detrimental for some of the traders.
