How do you store the key(Hint- write it down on a notepad, demonstrate it with examples)? Which form of the key are you comfortable with to handle your TronLink Wallet? Include Screenshots & hide/blur the sensitive information.

How do you store/secure your keys

When talking about application issues, it is not far from the word personal account. All personal accounts are private, therefore each account has a password that aims to secure the account from irresponsible hands. Humans do not escape from forgetting, as good as humans remember, forgetting is a trait that cannot be removed from humans. Some platforms have a third party that helps us if we forget the account password, but decentralized platforms do not have a third party account to help restore the password, which causes if we forget our account password our account will be lost forever. Therefore it is necessary to set the password privately to anticipate forgetting the password.
To secure my keys, I usually store them on several devices that I use frequently, examples of devices that I often use are smartphones, PCs, and hard disks. The more I back up my lock, the more secure my lock will be. Smartphones, PCs, and hard disks are electronic items that are not free from damage, to anticipate that I also put them in a notebook that I keep at home. Those are some of the ways I store or secure my keys.

What are the different forms of Private Key(Examples/Screenshot)

Private keys have 3 kinds of forms, Mnemonic, Private Key, and Key Store File, and the following is an explanation and example:

- Mnemonic
Many types of mnemonics are often used such as music mnemonics, Name mnemonics, Expression or word Mnemonics, Model Mnemonics, and others. The type of mnemonic used at the initial registration of the Tron wallet is Name Mnemonic. The name mnemonic forms 12 new random words that must be memorized and uses the first letter as the key. In addition to memorizing the 12 random words, it is also good to make a backup, such as making notes or on mobile devices, PCs, or hard disks. Here's an example of a Mnemonic:

- Private Key
Private keys are more difficult to memorize than mnemonics because they are a combination of letters and numbers that make them random and difficult to memorize. Just like mnemonics, private keys should also be backed up to be more secure and avoid forgetting and losing keys. Here's an example of a private key:

- Key Store File
Key Store This file is more difficult to memorize or write manually because the key store file consists of numbers, letters, brackets, periods, and other signs. Not that it can't be written manually, but it must be written very carefully without missing anything. We recommend that this key store file is stored on another device as mentioned above, and if you want to save it outside the device, it is better to print this key store file.

Download & Install TronLink Wallet(Android/iOS/Extension)

Here I will explain how to install and register a TronLink Wallet account along with pictures:
1- Open Playstore then search for TronLink in the search menu, once found press the install button.

2- After installing the application on your smartphone, open the application. There are three options, the yellow one is created account used if you don't have a TronLink Wallet account, the blue Import Account is used when you already have a TronLink account and want to use it again, and the third Cold Wallet is used offline. Here I will explain how to create a new TronLink account, then press the Create Account button.

6- After this you will be given a mnemonic keyword and don't forget to back up your mnemonic key, follow the steps to completion, at this stage, you can't take screenshots, so follow the steps to completion.

How do you store the key(Hint- write it down on a notepad, demonstrate it with examples)

Here the example that I took in the form of the mnemonic private key that I got during registration on the TronLink Wallet application. I save by writing directly on notes and other devices. I save on another device the way I write it I take a photo then I put it on the PC and also the hard disk. And here are examples of mnemonic words and how I write them.

I took the example above the same as the mnemonic example in the discussion of the private key from above, not the original mnemonic that I got when registering the TronLink Wallet.

Which form of the key are you comfortable with to handle your TronLink Wallet

Of the three existing key forms, I feel more comfortable using mnemonics which I think are still easy to memorize than the other two key forms. Because mnemonics still use simple words that are common and often used, while the other two forms use a combination of letters, numbers, and written signs such as commas, periods, brackets, and others and become a random arrangement and are difficult to remember.

Conclusion

I learned a lot here, especially about private keys which are divided into three forms. The second is very important to back up your keys to avoid losing and forgetting your keys and keeping your account safe.

My Review and Suggestions:

  • You have completed the task.

  • You are not showing the sample Keystore file.

  • The steps to create a wallet that you show are incomplete, I don't see you verifying the backed-up wallet key.

  • There are some explanations that are still too shallow.

  • There are some mistakes in grammar, please pay attention to grammar before posting.

  • Give a space between each discussion for easy reading.

Thank you!
