The form. You traded the currency of your country I think, you should use USD or USDT.
Your status is also a problem, normally the curators do not give votes to those who do not comply with the club correctly, this is not decided by me, SC02 will review your status and decide whether or not to give you the vote.
The problem with the form is not an impediment to receiving SC02 votes.
