I guess you are confused about your understanding of Blockchain. However, i appreciate your effort in joining this contest. But you still need to spend quality time to understand the topic. You can visit the fixed beginners courses in the crypto Academy. Binance is not a blockchain but a centralised exchange. What we have is Binance Smart chain(BSC) which Bep-20 tokens are built on.
