Observations:

Under the decentralization system, there is a high energy consumption in maintenance of the system. When ever you create a block, the Blockchain generates a lot of energy consumption for the miners and this is done by using expensive mining equipment, which everybody can not afford.

This statement is only true for Bitcoin network. Bitcoin network is not the only decentralised platform.
