I can really understand these are only formulas. But you can't include them directly without mentioning proper sources. Of course, you can include any relevant formula, but you have to follow the proper citation method.

In the 2nd question, you've successfully explained all the steps of adding the indicator to the chart. But it would be nice if you could explain your idea about changing its default settings providing some acceptable arguments.
