Crypto Academy Week 11 - Homework Post for [@yohan2on]: Designing a Cryptocurrency Investment portfolio
Hi everyone, this is my homework for Professor @yohan2on.
What is this task about?
Create a portfolio in a crypto wallet with 6 cryptocurrencies and analyze the statistics after 2 days. For more information about this task visit the following link:

Dogecoin [DOGE]
Doge was born from a meme but large businessmen have invested in this currency, positioning this crypto in the first places in coinmarketcap. I decided to buy $400 on Doge to trade when it was priced at $ 0.096. This cryptocurrency is very volatile and can lead to the loss of much of your money in just a few hours or even minutes. I must say that I was a little scared of losing my money due to the volatility of the crypto but days later it increased significantly thus increasing my investment and making a good profit.
At the time of reading the assignment, I had 385 DOGE in my wallet. Now the market is on the rise and I decided to buy a little more to perform the demonstration that is requested in the task. Here are the results:

Results
At the time of writing this post, the price of each Doge is 0.32369. Obtaining a rise of +17.71% and a profit of approximately $38.00.

Bitcoin [BTC]
Bitcoin the "mother of all cryptos" has had a bullish behavior during this year, and although last week it had a major correction giving a decline to the other cryptocurrencies, this week it will be a recovery and we must take advantage of the market. Bitcoin is my second favorite currency, I had 0.00036591 btc in my wallet. Additionally for this homework I bought the amount of 0.00026532 btc on 04/27/21.

Results
The bitcoin has remained during the last days between 54 thousand to 55 thousand, I had a positive but not outstanding result. The profit obtained is $0.18 with a positive percentage increase of +0.95%.

Ethereum [ETH]
Ethereum has been on top of all altcoins for a long time, it is my third favorite coin because it has proven to be a totally reliable project. Also this year it will have new updates and its price is expected to increase suddenly. For this homework I transferred 0.00710760 Eth from the Binance Pool to my Spot Wallet.

Decentraland [MANA]
This is a project that is already a few years old and it caught my attention. MANA is the currency of a virtual world, with it you can buy land and design from an architecture to a garden. Then sell those land for double or triple the amount when it was purchased. Every year they receive important updates and regularly hold contests, it is a very active and trustworthy community.
For this task I purchased 15 MANA on April 26 at a price of $1.22.

Binance Coin [BNB]
This crypto has had a boost recently, ranking among the first in the crypto market. When bitcoin corrected last week, it was planning to buy some BNB coins. So the time has come to buy because the market is trending upward.
On April 26, I acquired 0.03 BNB approximately $16.23 at that time. Let's see the summary...

Steem [STEEM]
Steem has proven to be a reliable currency and I have been using this cryptocurrency for a long time, which is why it is among my favorites. For this homework, I deposited 8.5 STEEM, I already had 0.413 STEEM in my wallet giving a total of 8.913 STEEM.

COCLUSION
Buying cryptocurrencies when the market has had a correction can bring very good profits. Most of the people in the blockchain world knew that this week the mother of all cryptos, Bitcoin, was going to have a surge. This brought an increase in most cryptocurrencies.
My total investment was $282 and making a profit of $42.69 in just a couple of days. The currency that brought me the most profit was the DOGE, this coin presents a high risk of losing money in a few minutes but this week let's say it was good.
I really liked this activity by the teacher @yohan2on I hope he continues to give these types of classes at the Crypto Academy.
