Question1: Can Lionel Messi go back to Barcelona?
Lionel Messi started his football career in Barcelona and that is where he spent the best year of his life. though he just started another chapter at Paris Saint German but we never know if he would find another best of his life, could that new chapter amazing like he had amazing time at Catalona, if he can win four Ballon'Dior in a row like he won it at Barcelona, if he would find die hard fans like he find them in Spain, if he would be among his club dictators like he did in Barcelona, if he would find respect his PSG

Prediction:
Yes. he can come back and play at Barcelona if Barcelona is free from the debt they are in and they have enough money to pay him as his salary, if they can pay Paris Saint German the amount they demand. And if the Spanish laliga FA could change the fair play law they maintain. He still love Barcelona and he promise to always be their fan

No. He cannot go back to Barcelona because he only have two years to play in Europe, according to his agent (his father) then he would spend the remaining year in America continent that he come from and he has already signed two years contract with Paris Saint German

Question 2: Can Professor @pelon53 be transferred to advance level?

In the past two seasons, Steemit Cryptoacademy didn't have level like it is now, any reputation number can participate in the Cryptoacademy by then but now its been divided into 3; the beginners level, the intermediate level and the advance level. To participate in the beginner level, you must have at least reputation of 50 and 125 steep power. To participate in intermediate level, you must have at least 55 and 250 steem power at least. To take part in the advance level your reputation must be 60 and above and 500 steem power at least

These processors taking course and giving assignment task are in different level, the beginner professors are different from the intermediate professors, different from advance. Only the intermediate level professors are six in numbers, other level professors are four, they do shift for themselves and help themselves. Among the intermediate level professor is @pelon53 and the question is if he can be transferred to the advance level

Prediction:

Yes he can be transferred to advance level, but depend on what the admin (@steemcurator1 and @steemcurator2) think of him, only them can decide that and if they think more professor is needed at the advance level

No he cannot be transferred to advance level because ever since the season 3 started, such thing has never happened, that is how it would be until the end of this season

Question 3: Can Zuga coin price come down below Bitcoin price?

Can a Gorilla stand and walk like human being?

Can an Aeroplane fly for 20 days without landing?

Here are the first two questions I saw as i explored it

Will Cardano Support Smart Contract on mainet by October 1st 2021

A surplus to requirement reference to smart contract "arrangement" has been taken away to clarify the obstinacy criteria of this market, which will decide "Yes" if smart contract functionality is on by the resolution date.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is possible to make and execute functional smart contracts on the Cardano network on a by the October 1st 2021

Prediction:

Yes Cardano would support smart contracts because if that's what users require

No it's been taken away for now to clarify obstinate criteria so it can't be supported back by 1st of October 2021

Question 2 : Will the United States have more than 200,000 new daily Covid19 cases before October 1st 2021

Covid19 virus is not predictive, it can do and undo, even some countries that confirmed that their injection 💉 is original citizen still are still tested covid19 positive after they been given the injection

Prediction:

Yes , if the number of tested covid19 positive keep increasing everyday and reach 200,000 in a day

No ,with the present counting, it doesn't seems the number would keep increasing everyday

3 Explain in detail a Predictive Market project, it cannot be Augur, Gnosis or those explained in class.

4 For you, what will happen to Predictive Markets with blockchain technology? Who will benefit from them?

The prediction experience that I have is the football prediction; predict and win, who would win among the two clubs. Football prediction even have so many ways unlike Blockchain predictive market, ways like who would score, how many corners would happen in the match, who would win in the first half, etcetera. If you predict, you stake your money and if you loose, your money is gone. The amount that football prediction earn is much higher than the amount they pay out for winners. So what would happen to all prediction market is to gain, they can't loose, including the predictive markets with Blockchain technology

Who will benefit from them are only those that predict right, but they would have the most benefit for themselves. Don't forget prediction is gambling

Conclusion
Prediction isn't a bad thing but it works with luck, there are some prediction that works with probability and that's the ones I can go for if I would predict; the probability with high percentage. Although it's not 100% sure because anything can occur in prediction but that's where you can not always loose
