what is PoB?

PoB is an abbreviation for proof of brain..
PoB means the ability of a blockchain user(steemit user) to show their intellectual ability by creating quality content and getting rewarded through their brain work. In otherwords we can also say is simply the act of rewarding blockchain user(steem user) for their contribution and worth of their content..

In POB the human brain(ability to create original and good content) is what is valued rather than the rate of your computer work..

In steemit a user is rewarded based on the

• the quality of post and the intellectual capacity of the user
• steempower
• 65% of the total token of minted for the reward pool..
  These three comes together to form the proof of brain..

what does curation means to you in steem blockchain?

Curation to me is one of the important aspect in steemit as far as sharing of post and social media blockchain is concern..

Below is what it means to me..

• firstly, i will read the post immediately i see it..
• After reading i will then check and confirm is the post contains plagiarise content and also checking if the source of the content it trustworthy.
• if it doesn't contain plagiarism i will proceed to check if the post is valuable to me if yes, i will then engage in the post by commenting on the post.
• if it happens that the post contains plagiarism/spam content then i will quickly draw the attention of the community leaders(admin,moderator etc) who will now takes proper action against the plagiariser.
• then i will further state or illustrate to the community on how harmful such post is to the community and the blockchain as a whole.
  If it not plagiarised then i will point out how valuable the content is to the blockchain.
• if the post is valuable and useful i will further upvote it with the available voting resource i got..
• lastly, i will resteem the post incase of revisting it later and also to share it with my followers, who will also see and engage on the post.

All these join together means curation to me on steem blockchain.

what are the benefit of building sp?

SP has i understand is the influence a steemian as on the steemit blockchain,so to build your influence on steemit blockchain is very importance.

Below are the benefit.

• the more sp you have the more weight your vote carries.
• you can earn passive income by delegating you sp to project or communities in steem community.
• gain 50% of the curators reward.
• once you have enough sp you can use your daily allotment to vote to judge content you get reward back in sp,steem,sbd.
• you will have the right to vote steemit witness
• you will be involve in the blockchain governance if interested.
• you can delegate to newcomers as a way of building a strong independent community.

These and many more are ways in which you benefit from building or growing your SP.

how do you explain self upvote as a good or bad social behaviour and why?

Self upvoting which simply mean upvoting a post created by you. To me it doesn't seem nice to me cause it a way of creating a post and also personally judging the post to be a quality post just like writing exams and scoring yourself.

You are simply voting for someone cause you like their content, usually quality post attract many people's attension and sometime get alot of upvote so i think selfupvoting is a bad behaviour though you can expert people to buy steempower or work hard on steem to only powerup and upvote other..

why I say so

This is because upvoting strictly for quality and to benefit steem goal and rules will be exceedingly rare.

what are the different token you earn by socializing in steem blockchain?

There are four basics token i earn by socializing in steemblockchain which are

• steem

Steem are native coin token use on the steemit blockchain it can be easily converted to steem power.

• steempower

Steempower is a token which determine the influence a steemian as on the steemit blockchain.

• SBD(steembackdollar)

This is another currency rewards,traded on exchange.

• Tron

Tron are the utility token created by the tron foundation as a medium currency for all trc-based token.
