Steemit Crypto Academy Week Two, Litecoin is a Great Altcoin.

INTRODUTION.
I am excited that we are back from the break and the crypto academy is up and running again. It is obvious that the steemit team is trying everything within their power to make this platform stronger and better, in the process of doing this they are also making sure that a lot of people earn through the available opportunities. This week, I will be attending the task given by professor @yohan2on and he has given us an option of three altcoins from which we need to pick one to discuss.

Brief History on Litecoin.

A one-time google and also coinbase engineer decided to walk his own path and he created Litecoin which he did by coping the codebase of Bitcoin and his name is Charlie Lee, he did not just stop at copying the bitcoin data base but he also went ahead to increase the available supply and increase the speed with which new blocks can be added unto the blockchain.

LITECOIN- A GOOD ALTCOIN.

When the world cryptocurrency is mentioned, the very popular and first thing that comes to mind is Bitcoin, everyone knows Bitcoin to be the popular aspect of cryptocurrency but there are other altcoins that comes to play in the developmental process of cryptocurrency, since Bitcoin isn’t perfect there are other altcoins that try to patch the rough edges and make the cryptocurrency system in general even much more better.

The operation of Litecoin is totally decentralized just like every other complete cryptocurrency project or method of operation, the operational process of Litecoin makes it totally opened to various operations, it is easy to send and receive money to anyone at any time of the day. The transactions on Litecoin comes with a complete package of security and making transactional processes very swift and fast.

A very good operational principle of Litecoin which I think is generally relatable to other cryptocurrencies is that there is no need for approval before joining, there is also no stressful or lengthy method of operation involved, all that is needed is a simple process of registration, with a gadget as simple as a mobile phone it is possible to become a cryptocurrency investor.

Litecoin is one very popular altcoin that is making developmental process in the cryptocurrency system very possible, the instant fund settlement is also very possible through litecoin.
