I chose the tron wallet to complete this homework. I've already got trx via steemit so I thought I'd talk to about tron wallet.

Tronlink wallet is a secure wallet recommended by the tron Foundation. This is the first tron wallet that Tron Wallet has the largest number of users launched from Tron's official website. The Tronlink wallet comes in three versions.

Before writing this article, the first thing I did was download the tronlink wallet through the google play store. This wallet can be downloaded through the App store for Android phones as well as IOS phones.

After downloading the Tronlink wallet

After downloading the app and opening it, it will look like the image below.

You can select the create account shown in the yellow bar below and the Import account shown in the blue bar as you wish. The first thing I selected from this is Create account.

The first page I see after selecting Create wallet is the page with its agreement. After accepting it, I was allowed to create the wallet. The first thing to do was to give the user name. And Then you have to give a strong password and confirm it. The password you create must include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number, and that password must be at least eight letters long. If the password you create here is a meaningless word that is not easily understood, it is more secure. Never put your name or your name with date of birth with such an important password. Because when there is such a password, it is easy for hackers to hack it.

How to do a backup....?

Logopit_1613662638673.jpg

If you are using a tronlink wallet for the first time, you must obtain the private key, mnemonic key and keystore before replacing the wallet. Because all these keys are important for the restoration process. You must backup to get all these keys first. To do so, click on the backup private key and the backup keystore in the bar marked red in the image above.

After clicking on the backup column you will have to enter a password as the second step as shown in this image. The password you need to enter here is the password you originally created when creating your tronlink wallet account. After entering the password you will be able to get the private key, the mnemonic key and the keystore separately.

Restoring the wallet

After obtaining all the keys, you can perform the replacement process. The mnemonic key, private key and keystore are very important when replacing a wallet. If you have lost your private key, mnemonic key or keystore then your wallet cannot be restored. So the most important thing to do is to keep all those keys stored very securely.

Yes, you can restore the wallet by clicking on the private key, mnemonic and keystore separately as shown in this image. For that you have to complete the process by re-creating the passwords. For example, here is how to restore a private key.

• First click on the private key. Then enter your private key in the bar that appears.

• After entering the private key here you have to give a username.

Enter a username you have not entered before. Once that step is successful you will need to enter a strong password as last step.

So this is how to restore an account.

How to keep keys secure and the importance of keeping them secure.

As I mentioned above, keys are essential for the restore process. So they have to be stored safely. For this you can store these keys in a pen drive or write them down on a piece of paper. But if you write it down on a piece of paper, you have to write it down very accurately. After completing the writing, the accuracy should be verified two or three times.

You should not take screenshots as a way to keep your keys safe. Because then hackers are more likely to have it. Therefore, it is best to store the keys on a piece of paper.

I own all the images used in this article and they are screenshots taken from my tronlink wallet app.

The End.

Thanks for reading.
