The fact is that we all have the same amount of time. But only well-organized people enjoy it to the fullest. And since I also suffer from a "lack" of time, I decided to explore what are the most effective time management skills.

Goal setting!
When allocating your time, set your goals so that priorities come first. And by goals, I don't mean money. They are the result of well-organized and fulfilled goals. What do I mean? For example, to be happy or loved. To develop in a certain area of ​​your life. Your vision and idea of ​​it, etc.
Productivity
Many goals in life are a consequence of the quantity and quality of productivity we have. For example, I am active in the morning. I have the greatest motivation for work then. Other people are active in the late hours. The brain needs to feed on information, if you give it to him at a time when he is tired you are wasting your time.

Motivation is one of the main keys to successful time management. It is directly related to the goals. Find out what motivates you. There are many tactics for motivation - explore them. For example, I like to read books on personal development, you can stop at videos on YouTube. The important thing is not to stop motivating yourself!
Concentration
Concentration - a skill that we must manage to perfection if we want to achieve valuable results with time management. Unless you are Shiva and have six or more hands to do several things at once, concentration is a must.
Decision making
Once you've analyzed the results you've come up with, it's time to make some decisions about managing your time. Don't run away from responsibility. If we go back a few lines, you will see why it is important to be able to make accurate decisions.
Planning
Planning is one of the most important time management skills. It will allow you to anticipate and vary between specific tasks. Of course, there is no exact formula for the perfect schedule. But a well-structured plan will save you a lot of time.
Communication
An extremely necessary and very difficult skill. Having strong communication skills can help you a lot in the future. If you need help, you need to know how to ask for it. And not only this. Good communication saves time.
The art of saying no
It can be said that this skill is part of communication. For me, however, it is not just a skill, but an art. Very often we find ourselves in critical situations that do not depend on us. We get involved in situations that "poison" our lives in one way or another and waste our time. The sooner we learn this art, the better we will manage our time.
Delegation
Most likely, it often happens that someone transfers your job for several reasons. It's good to be able to delegate work to someone else. This skill is part of time management. Of course, communication also comes into play here, if you want the work to be done with quality and on time.
